Не понравилось! На запрошенное бронироввние номеров бизнес-класса предоставлен стандарт! И при указании 2хдетей 10лет и взрослого предоставить не смогли третье место , что было заявлено!

Разочарована отелем
Pros:

То, что вернулии сумму ща 1 сутки, когда я сказала, что в таких условиях нет желания оставаться и я буду съезжать.

Cons:

Зашла в номер и был неприятный запах. Старая потертая и прожженая мебель, двери в жирных пятнах, трещины на стенах, пыльные старые шторы, прожженое напольное покрытие и все пыльное, работала только 1 розетка из 4, торшеры заклееные скотчем, раковина забитая и еще протекает, полотенца жесткие, серые и в катышках, на кровать матрац проваливается в середине. Пришла на завтрак, мне сказали, что на меня завтрак не расчитали, хотя я оплатила опцию завтрак включен; просли подождать пока приготовят; в итоге подали горелую кашу... и рядом сидящие постояльцы так же сказали, что каша подгорела...

Pros:

Prijela jsem v dobu Nauryzu a na recepci bylo welcome - dobrudky baursaky. Slecny na recepci jsou uzasne: krasne, vstricne a vesele.

Cons:

prvni pokoj byl obrovsky, ale postel byla jako kamen! pozadala jsem o vymenu matrase, ale za 4 hodiny nebylo to splnene i kdyz to slibili. Nakonec recepcni provedla zmenu pokoje na jiny, mensi, ale s dobrou posteli.

Сделать ремонт в номерах, сделать освещения поярче в санузле. Полы были холодные, нужно с этим что-то делать.

Cons:

В номерах холодно и шумно (из-за кондиционера и входной двери). Слышны голоса из коридора которые мешают спать.
