Under renovation.
Pros:

Once renovations are finished it will be lovely. We asked to move hotels and they managed to find us a room in Luxe Avondale which was so much better although smaller. Would recommend Avondale.

Cons:

The room we were given was not fully renovated, still a lot of work to be done. Not suitable to be let.

Excellent closer to the restaurants
Pros:

The Receptionist was loving, escorted us to our rooms, offered us chairs to sit whilst waiting for our transport. Beautiful place with pools.

The stay was beautiful, very clean rooms and peaceful environment to be in.
Pros:

Didn't really get to eat the breakfast there. Didn't even know that it was served. Maybe the welcoming upon arrival should communicate of what more is offered

Cons:

The parking is too small. Some visitors just park making the space to be even small. At least if the parking lines were to be drawn to show where to park so that visitors would know how to park their vehicles. It would be of convenience to everyone
