Pros:

It was in a quite part of Windermere, walking distance from a shopping centre. The rooms where clean.

Cons:

The parking is quite limited although safe and secure. The space needs a few touch ups, the walls in our room were a bit dirty, a new coat of paint could fix that. A few tiles missing between the bathroom and bedroom. Some areas on the floor concrete was visible.

False advertising.
Pros:

The room was moldy, the room was generally disappointing. It’s not a hotel as they don’t provide breakfast and the kitchen facilities are lacking.

Its near alot of restaurants,the check in process wasn’t pleasing at all, the lady literally didn’t have time to show us around or say anything besides the fact that the most important rule was about noise in the facility,luckily there was a guy that was swapping shifts with her(couldn’t get the name but a sweet guy (sorry to say from the lgbt community)) showed me around made me feel comfortable the next morning showed where I can get all the necessities I might need during my stay.Room ladies came to clean but honestly the place is not clean at all alot of things can be done with the cleanliness of the place in the rooms theres dust that has builded up there for the longest time I’m sure even the rooms inside needs abit of servicing I almost tripped on an uneven floor from the bathroom to the bedroom ,the steps are abit unsafe as a person who works about safety in the hospitality industry I was disappointed about alot of things ,its a beautiful space just needs alittle bit of revamping and cleaning and some staff to be trained on guest check ins and importance of understanding hospitality.
