Luxe Grand Hotels are my favorite in Dbn.
Pros:

Not my first there, and definitely will not be the last. I love how clean the place is, the facilities are great. I especially love the location, close enough to entertainment establishments, but still far enough to enjoy enjoy the peace and quite. Obviously safe parking is always a plus.

Cons:

Had to pause and think...I really can't think of anything except maybe since they don't have any heating device in the rooms, an extra blanket should be available in case of a cold night. But Durban is almost always warm, so its not even an issue.

Mould in the room.
Dstv was disconnected as it wasn't paid for.
Shower was terrible.
My room was left wide open for goodness knows how long the whole day, didnt feel safe afterwards.
Not enough parking spaces.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, the rooms were clean and specious. The apartment is situated in a practical and convenient location, so many places to visit and fun.

Cons:

The parking system is terrible, I had to wait for another person to be woken up to remove his car so that I could get out.
A small couch or chairs would be a good addition inside the rooms. There were renovations taking place so somethings could be forgiven.

Friendly stuff and clean rooms

Cons:

Hotel doesn't have enough parking for guest, I struggle to park my car and the trailer. I didn't like the fact that we were two couple's traveling together but we were given far apart rooms.
