Pros:

Location was good very close to the bridge. Easy to find. Good bathroom

Cons:

Not very comfortable beds. They ignore all requests made weeks prior. Serve yourself kind of attitude. I hate the room colors

Pros:

Ottima posizione, possibilità di pranzare e/o cenare nella brasserie in loco, camera grande e pulita, staff gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo persino ottenuto un upgrade gratuito della camera, quindi avevamo la vista sul canale.

Top hotel!
Pros:

Een mooi hotel, centraal gelegen, dichtbij een parkeergarage onder de Erasmusbrug. Upgrade gehad ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel en een uitgebreid ontbijt.

Great stay!
Pros:

This may be a 3 star hotel but their customer service is way better than I've seen in more star hotels. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the hotel is in a fantastic central location only a tram or metro stop away from the city center.

Cons:

Nothing really. If I'm picky, Sunday's everything was a little slower and not quite as up to speed but that'll be about it.

Enorm genoten!
Pros:

We kwamen ver voor check in aan en mochten onze koffers alvast veilig stellen zodat we de stad in konden, kamer had mooi uitzicht en was enorm ruim, ontbijt was heerlijk en perfect gelegen zodat je makkelijk overal heen kon. Wij vierden 3 jaar samen en kregen twee drankjes gratis bij de bar, top service!! Vriendelijk personeel en enorm aan te raden!
