Der unfreundliche Empfang von Asli. Das Angebot beim Frühstück hätte etwas umfangreicher sein können.
The room, albeit small, was comfortable for one person. Air-conditioning worked perfectly and the stores on the windows are thick enough to protect from the sun. Good breakfast. Excellent non-intrusive staff. Complementary coffee/tea in the room. The hotel is located on the harbor of Rotterdam, close to metro. Safe surroundings, nice coffee shops near-by.
Price (but this was during the North Sea Jazz Festival...)
Location ideal for a cruise.
Expensive for the quality.
Excellent location on the river, close to the Erasmus bridge and within walking distance of the city centre and some of the main tourist attractions. Hotel guests had access to the roof terrace with views over the city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and everything was spotlessly clean.
Our bath towels were replaced every day with clean ones, which seemed a bit unnecessary - but apart from that we found it hard to find fault with the hotel.
Uitzicht/locatie is top
Kamer had geen wc papier geen douchegel champo klein hygiëne pakje. Badkamer en de kamer was oppervlakkig schoon gemaakt bed was top opgemaakt maar over heel de kamer was er stof je zag waar de vorige huurder zijn blikjes heeft neergelegd. Het worst ook hoog tijd dat ze de schimmel weg halen in de badkamer
verblijf was ok maar niet in verhouding tot ranking van 8.3
kamer was eerst niet schoon, lijkt op hostel kamers. Er is geen fietsenstalling
