Dat het hotel vlakbij het centrum is en het uitzicht op de Erasmusbrug vanuit de hotelkamer.
We hadden helaas meerdere teleurstellingen tijdens ons verblijf. Toen mijn vriend en ik binnenkwamen in het hotel om in te checken rook het naar sigarettenrook in de hal. Later zagen we dat de receptioniste in de gang bij een deur naar buiten aan het roken was, waardoor de rooklucht de hele entreehal doortrok. Toen we onze kamer binnenkwamen lagen er nog vieze handdoeken van een vorige gast in de badkamer. Dat hadden we meteen tegen de receptioniste gezegd. Het enige wat ze deed was schone handdoeken pakken die we vervolgens zelf naar onze kamer konden brengen. Ze bood niet eens haar excuses aan. De volgende ochtend bleef het water van de douche koud. Dat hadden we ook aangegeven bij de receptie. Ze konden dat probleem niet oplossen dus we kregen een sleutel voor een andere kamer. Daar werd de douche wel warm maar die kamer had 2 losse eenpersoons bedden en geen bad. Onze kamer had wel een tweepersoonsbed en een bad. Uiteindelijk werd het water van het bad wel warm dus zijn we op onze kamer gebleven. Bij het uitchecken vroeg de receptioniste of alles naar wens was. Toen legden we uit waar we onze teleurstellingen uit maar daar werd wederom niks mee gedaan.

В номере очень грязно душевая сломана сам номер отеля очень маленький даже не где вещи положить хамское отношение уборщиц.

Very basic. Small room, quite noisy, zero attempt to create comfort. Tiny sink in the bathroom with no space to leave toiletries, yet they could have easily fitted a shelf around the sink. No bathtub, no lotions or other toiletries provided, only small towels, coffee machine present but no decaf options no milk, teabags (no herbal or decaf) but no boiler.
Las Habitaciones pequeñas (standar), son pequeñas, excepto las que son mas grande, que son bastante comodas.

Mijn kamer was naar de binnenplaats, van waar uit etensluchten kwamen.
Top locatie, onze kamer 514 , had een geweldig uitzicht!
Kamer was wel wat krappe kant.
