Very high standards of cleanliness, excellent catering, very organised and pleasant staff. Thoroughly exceeded our expectations, would definitley recomend! We chose not to do the surf package offered by the hotel and rented our own boards and car to go at our own pace, but still felt included and well looked after, ate breakfast everyday with all the other guests, really nice way to meet people and get recomendations for local activities.
Aude was very responsive and helpful by email.
Room was clean, location close to the beach and restaurants, surf instructors were great (a big shout out to Simo - and Simo - who took me from a beginner who didn't get why people would get hyped with surfing, to actually starting to enjoying it).
Dinner was good but overpriced and portions bit too small at times - still, a convenient option if you don't want to get out in the evening, transfer from/to the airport was punctual and reliable, it was convenient to have a water fountain and a shared fridge (but would suggest to add a labelling system). Appreciated to have some indoor common spaces where to eat and hang out, because it was chilly outside in the evening.
Owners going through some personal stuff and felt that it affected the overall experience (guess I haven't been as lucky as previous guests). Welcoming was not warm, with no explanation of activities etc and the overall guest management seemed to be left to the surf instructors...I had a shared bathroom with another room, which turned out to be a 4 people dorm..luckily that room was only booked the last night I was there, because it might have been a bit too crowded. Some staff are sleeping on site at times and didn't pay much attention to leaving the toilet clean, which was not great, and bathroom was not cleaned that often. To note that guests are mostly French-speaking, which might not always be the most inclusive crowd - I met very nice people, but speaking French def helped. The lunch box given during surfing and other activities can be improved, and be aware that water or drinks are not included.
Breakfast is at 9 AM with no flexibility.
If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs, you might hear loud dogs and seldom but noisy cars/scooters at night.
The location felt safe but to note that the balcony door can't be locked.
It was like I was home, just in another country.
There were no trash cans in my room.

The staff is super nice and tries to help where ever they can. The breakfast was very good and plenty.

The whole house is freshly renovated and lovely decorated. It is very cosy.
Nasr and Aude are super helpfull and perfect hosts.
On the german booking.com it says the room has its own private bathroom. But it actually is a shared. Nevertheless we were the only guests so it was private in the end :)
Everyone was super friendly, breakfast was great and so were the evening meals. Good location within Tamraght - a short, pleasant walk to the beach, and also to the cafes/ restaurants
