Pros:

Le personnel était superbe !!! Je suis maman allaitante et ils ont tout fait pour m’aider à conserver mon lait à toute heure , tout le monde était super accueillant + on se sent en sécurité car l’hôtel est toujours surveillé + la localisation était parfaite

Reasonable for a quick stay near kings cross
Pros:

Great location- easy access to kings cross st Pancras.
Coffee facilities in room & cookies were a nice touch. Friendly staff. Great wifi

Cons:

Bathroom door doesn’t shut, very small rooms and shower/bathroom. Jug leaks when pouring water out.

Parfait
Pros:

Lorsque je planifie un voyage à Londres, je ne cherche même plus de logement : je réserve directement celui-ci. A chacun de mes séjours, je n’ai jamais été déçue. L’emplacement est parfait, la chambre dispose de tout le nécessaire et l’hôtel offre tout ce dont j’ai besoin pour me sentir bien.
Mais ce qui me fait surtout revenir, c’est le personnel. Leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur attention font toute la différence. Au fil de mes séjours, cet hôtel est devenu bien plus qu’un simple lieu où dormir : c’est une adresse où je me sens accueillie et comme chez moi.
Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance.
C’est toujours un plaisir de revenir, et je sais déjà où je séjournerai lors de mon prochain voyage à Londres.

Location was really good, very close to King’s Cross

Cons:

It was an extremely hot day/night and there was no fan in the room so had to leave the window open all night but the noise coming from people in the park kept us awake
