The staff were very nice and accommodating.
They made the bed and changed the towel every day even if it was a 3 day stay.
The bed frame was old and the paint of the furniture was shipping away, the entire furniture needs to be replaced.
The bathroom more specific the shower base was all crackled and was not very inviting .
The room smelled very badly every time they cleaned it , most probably due to the désinfectant used.
There was never 2 shower towels even if we were 2 guests , and booking was made for 2 guests.
the rule of 'one pet per room' must have been communicated at the time of booking i guess.

Modern elevators, clean and warm room. Cheap. Front desk staff pleasant but slow at check-in (might be the system, not the person). Would benefit from a passport scanner instead of this manual data entry.
Slow internet, almost impossible to get reception on the fourth floor. Location in a non-descript residential neighborhood. Very difficult to get to parking garage or side streets for parking as it's all one-way streets requiring a huge detour - hotel should have applied for an exception with local authorities. Bathroom and room in general look dated, but fine, it's a two-star. No tea/coffee maker in the room in spite of what is listed. Mattress slides off base.
