Stunning views and perfect location.
Pros:

The location was perfect and the views from the spacious balcony and in fact all the rooms was stunning.

Cons:

There were no power points near the bed in the master bedroom making it hard to charge your phone or plug in a bedside light.

Perfect location on the beach, views and smell of the ocean. Even the weather cooperated

Right on the beach front with amazing views of the ocean. Other residents and guests behaved themselves and no noise

Pros:

Perfekter Ort um ein paar Tage auszuspannen. Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick. Mein Appartment war in Etage 2 und auch von dort konnte man das Meer sehen. Küche war mit Backofen, Herd und sämtlichen Zubehör gut eingerichtet. Auf dem Balkon gab es Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool war sauber und es gab Poolliegen. Vom Pool konnte man durch eine Hintertür direkt zum Strand.
Zur Cavill Avenue sind es circa 250 Meter, dort gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten ein Restaurant zu finden oder auch einen Supermarkt

Eine Lüftung im Badezimmer wäre eine sinnvolle Ergänzung

An absolutely exceptional location, with everything close at hand.
The direct sea view is simply magical — it truly feels like being on a boat.
The apartment is perfectly equipped and provides all the comfort needed for a most enjoyable stay.
Communication with the staff was both efficient, warm, and very friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we stayed during a period when the building was undergoing renovations, and this information was only communicated to us after payment had been made.
More broadly, Surfers Paradise is currently in a phase of development, with several buildings under renovation or construction, and cranes visible throughout the area.

Un emplacement idéal à proximité de Cavill avenue et à deux pas de la plage. Un « appartement deluxe » avec des équipements de qualité et climatisé. Et surtout une vue imprenable sur la mer.

The break we needed in a fabulous location
Pros:

The location was amazing, a very short walk across the path the beach. The view was so much more than we expected. The apartment was renovated nicely. It made for a perfect Christmas with the family.

Great location and staff, tired apartment facilities
Pros:

The staff, especially Mike the caretaker, were brilliant, very helpful and courteous. I had an issue with my car breaking down in the parking garage and Mike was extremely understanding and helpful as I tried to resolve the issue.

Cons:

The unit we had was tired and not good value for money considering the cost and other local options with much newer and larger facilities.

Location, view and pool area were really nice. Beds were comfortable enough and carpet looked new.

Cons:

Rooms were very dated, especially bathrooms they didn’t feel clean shower head didn’t work great. Marks on floors and walls with damaged shutters in bedroom. Tripping hazard going from carpet to floor areas.
