Good location as it is in the beach zone strip. My room was super cute and was minimalistic with a slight elegant feel. Despite the a/c not being on during the day, it still stays pretty cool. WiFi was spotty but past reviews have said the same. Would I stay here again yes but only because of the location and price.
The only thing I didn’t like was the WiFi not working maybe I wasn’t on the correct one, and it was a tad too dark.
Great value right in the heart of the best part of the beach. IF you get the right room the views are very good
Was in construction so i imagine the remodel will prove to rectify the issues i saw, just a little worn and not really a lobby or hang out vibe.
The location in tulum was good.
It was very hidden with limited, to no signage indicating its presence. The bed was infested with booklice, and we were never provided any sort of reimbursement for our stay. The staff didn't speak English whatsoever, so this was an additional barrier we were facing during the stay. We ended up leaving at 11pm and had to find another hotel that night. Overall, the situation was not dealt with whatsoever, so we left.

We arrived with a group of six people and had reserved three rooms. Upon arrival there was a terrible smell that spread to all rooms. The rooms were FULL of mosquitoes. Spending the night in this tree house was NOT an option. The rooms were damp, clammy and the temperature was unbearable. Despite our complaints, there was no room for a refund or any form of compensation. We immediately left for another hotel.

They turn off the AC at 6am and it's still very hot and the fun it's not enough. They turn the AC on at 8pm and during the day it's also very hot

I loved everything about this amazing property!
The hotel is very nice, we liked the design, the staff was very wallcoming and helpfull.
The location was terrible, in a crowded and crowded area. There was a feeling of suffocation and a stuffy, unventilated smell in the hotel and in the inner courtyard of the hotel. There was terrible noise until 2 am from clubs adjacent to the hotel.

Everything was bad except the location was good. Worst that Ac didn’t work in my room and the guy who was working there took one hour to trying to fix it and I was so tired and they don’t speak English and he doesn’t understand that I need to sleep and it was too hot. They tried to convince me that it’s working but the air will be colder soon and it took more than one hour and in the ending I slept in so hot room. I had one night more to staying I canceled it . Because everything was horrible there
The rooms were clean
The music is SUPER loud, worse than described in the description, there is no safety deposit box in some rooms, the “garden” is a dirt patch, the aircon works from 8PM-4AM.
Such a nice place. Great location, centered in the middle of everything. Staff was friendly. We loved the jungle feel.
