Staff is not that convenient at midnight. They are coming to my room and forcing to keep the plates and everything in my room and my partner is still sleeping and still didn’t want to come in forcefully so I did not like it.
We stayed at Arco Hotel and Resort for four wonderful days with my family, during which we had booked two rooms to comfortably accommodate five people. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
First, I would like to thanks Mr. Saleem for his hospitality and outstanding arrangements. He provided continuous support and assistance throughout our stay, ensuring that every small detail was taken care.
The location of is conveniently situated on the highway, making travel easy, and is also close to the local market.
The rooms were spacious, cozy, and immaculately maintained, offering a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The amenities truly a five-star standard. Prompt and efficient room service ensured that all our needs were met. The availability of 24×7 hot water, along with a customizable air-conditioning system, made our stay comfortable, especially after long days of sightseeing.
The hotel’s restaurant, “The Chinar.” The food quality was excellent, with rich flavors and authentic taste. It is an ideal place for anyone looking to experience traditional Kashmiri cuisine, including the famous Wazwan, along with a variety of other delicious dishes.
Overall, Arco Hotel and Resort offers excellent value for money and is truly worth every penny spent. I would recommend this hotel to families and travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Once again, special thanks to Mr. Saleem and the entire Arco Hotel and Resort team for making our stay memorable and enjoyable. Keep up the excellent work!

This hotel really exceeded all I knew in terms of Customer Focus! It was amazing to see literally every single employee, on a sample of 10+ people, trying everything they could to make my stay as good as possible. Specially Basharat (ready to manage a 5-stars hotel chain in my opinion, very professional and effective), Samir (the kindest waiter there could be), Imran (efficient and customer oriented) and Atiqur, the General Manager who carefully organized everything and went beyond the extra mile to support. Besides the rooms were spacious, the gym is very well equipped and the pool is an oasis after a long day on the cold and dry weather.
Wi-Fi could be better.
The restaurant staff made us very comfortable. They treated us with respect and were very friendly and polite.

Clean, elegant and well maintained. Staff are very accommodating, professional and helpful. Tousif was lovely and food at the restaurant was delightful.
Srinagar has electricity issues, the generator going on and off can be a little annoying.
Property has hot cold water, but the rooms have issues with mixing water to desired temperature. It was either too hot or too cold, we have 3 rooms booked, all had the same issue
The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive. They graciously accommodated my request for an early check-in, which I greatly appreciated as I was exhausted and in need of rest.
