good pool facilities
Kareoke was on every night just next to where we stayed in the hotel and it was very loud. Shower was cold and toilet was not the best. We also had a direct window into our bathroom
The view of the beach and pool
Its small and the room could be better. Not comfortable to stay in since its the room made of wood

If you want a good night sleep, this is not the place. The karaoke machine is SUPER LOUD. And also it’s right next to the bamboo huts so it sounds like the machine is there in the room with you 😅

The location is amazing, the property has so much potential. If it was cleaned up, got everything working, got a staff that cared about guests, it would be a 5* location. The breakfast was really good at the restaurant on site.
Let’s start with check in. They didn’t seem to know I had booked a reservation. Tried to get me to pay in person in addition to what I paid through booking.com.
Tv: while it turned on, there was no channels and wasn’t close enough to a WiFi connection to work. So it just took up space.
The bed: the cheapest 4” mattress that was rock hard. In addition to that, every time I moved, the bed squeaked so loudly, I was afraid I’d wake the people in adjacent rooms.
The sink: water didn’t work in the sink. Had to use the shower head to brush my teeth.
No mirror in the bathroom made it impossible to shave near water.
It was horribly dirty. Not only the bedding, but all the corners and all around the room.
Staff: I completely got ignored as a foreigner. Any questions were directed to my fiancée. The famed hospitality of the Philippines seemed to have skipped this resort.

Location, pool, personel, kitchen make it 10 BUT
Mess in the room after previous guests. Music shaking bed untill 22, then loud jungsters from owners distant family forcing rest of the guests to visit the bar. That makes two dying elephants snoaring when they have returned at 2. Only bamboo wall between us. No flushing toilet, no bidet, no toilet seet, no toilet paper. Sometime one moldy soap appears.

The front staff was not around during check in time. The old lady who tries to assist me don't have any idea that I'm booked for that day.
No breakfast
Decided to use Jack hammer for several hours outside under room. No breakfast even after paid high room rate.
