老舗だからといえ安心してはいけない。

Cons:

三泊分すでにbooking .comで支払い済みなのにチェックアウト時に一泊分しか支払っていないと言われ、そのような請求書を作られてしまった。調べればすぐわかることなのにホテル側で調べもせずに支払えと強く言われた。booking .comの予約確認書は手元に2枚、スーツケースの中に1枚事前に用意していたが1枚はチェックイン前荷物を預ける時に渡し、2枚目はチェックイン時に渡したて戻ってこなかったので手元になく、スーツケースを開けて証拠の書類を引っ張り出さなければならなかった。引っ張り出した証拠の書類を見せて予約は三泊分だし、すでに支払っている。と言うとすぐ引いた。この様な適当で客から金を取ろうとするスタッフがいる。2026年10月27日の朝7時30分頃レセプションを担当していたスタッフだ。
老舗で伝統的なホテルで旅行者から信頼があると思いこのホテルを予約したが、安心感を求めてこちらを予約するのは避けた方が良い。
作られた請求書の写真を証拠として写真を撮っておけば良かったが、電車の時間が近く頭が回らなかった。
こちらにそれでも泊まる場合はこの様な事態に備えて予約確認書のプリントは3枚以上用意した方がいい。滞在の最後に非常に残念な思いをした。もう絶対に泊まらないし、この事実は訂正しない。

It was ok but I wouldn’t return, overpriced for what you get.
Pros:

I liked the outside space and its location.

Cons:

The property is very dated and our room felt damp. Very much a chain hotel, felt very much a number rather than a personal touch.

Relaxed and comfortable stay
Pros:

Very relaxed with music playing on the lawn, friendly staff, room was comfortable, a little bit out of the main hustle and bustle. Food was good, buffet / canteen set up

Best hotel stay experience so far
Pros:

Extremely clean linen, all required info , ample sitting space, live mild instrumental music, lawns didn't had any mosquitoes even though fumigation was not done, absence of plastic bottle use, nice library, fairly priced and homely food and most importantly the staff/team maintaining all of it. Even the shops had very good collection of souvenir, dresses and things.

Cons:

It's hard to point out faults with their service actually. Only the TV was not usable ( no subscription ) and we didn't complain to staff as well.
