Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. The extremely hot weather made the air conditioner most welcome.
The location was excellent. Close to many restaurants, as well as the Utah Shakespeare Festival. Once we arrived we never had to drive anywhere.

Pros:

I was unable to find anything I liked.

Cons:

The location is in a poor area.
Many people use it as a home. There were broken down cars and trash in the parking lot. There were people congregating outside the rooms smoking.
It felt very unsafe.

The inside of the room is dated. It smelled bad and felt like it was falling apart.
