Overall, a good place to stay short term
Pros:

Linda is lovely, the room is spacious and clean.

Pros:

Linda was very kind and accommodating, giving us good advice for things to do in the area. The space is comfortable and very well-priced given its proximity to Henley. Although there are some shared areas (e.g. front door, stairs) Linda was very respectful of our privacy at all times.

A really great stay.
Pros:

Linda, made us feel very welcome - nothing too much trouble. We were given fresh fruit from garden. Comfortable bed. Easy to find.

Easily located and received a warm welcome. Expectations fully met and above all we enjoyed our

Accommodation only but had option to use kitchen facilities if required. Close to town centre (25 min walk or ten mins drive to centrally located car park). Room was to front of property (quite a busy road but depends on what you are used to in regard traffic noise - did get quieter as night moved on). Bathroom was adjacent to room and bath robes/dressing gowns plus towels provided. Shower and bath available. Host (Linda) was very helpful and a nice person.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
