Property in great location and easy to get to from Henley regatta

Linda, the owner, was wonderful, helpful in every way. Her garden was beautiful and we enjoyed two evenings drinking wine and eating nibbles on the patio. Fresh fruit and nibbles were provided for guests..

The lovely view and garden. The host was exceptionally friendly with a lot of local insight and and helped me find some really good spots to visit. The nearby Thames Path and deer enclosure was great for a morning walk.

Linda is the most amazing host! Ample parking, great welcome & fresh water/fruit in the room on arrival. Lovely little kitchenette downstairs with all your needs, bathroom right next to bedroom was handy as well. Unbelievable location backing onto private deer park which was a great tip from Linda! Nothing was too much trouble & never felt so at home away from home. Will be back very soon. Thank you so much

Miałam przyjemność nocować u Pani Lidii wraz z członkiem rodziny i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Pokój był piękny, bardzo czysty i komfortowy, a łóżko niezwykle wygodne. Miłym zaskoczeniem były świeże owoce przygotowane w pokoju oraz karafka z wodą przy łóżku.

Łazienka była bardzo przestronna, wyposażona zarówno w wannę, jak i prysznic. Na miejscu czekały na nas ręczniki, szlafroki oraz kosmetyki – niczego nie brakowało. Dodatkowo do dyspozycji gości była kuchnia, gdzie można było napić się kawy lub herbaty.

Ogromnym atutem jest również cisza i spokój – nocą nikt nie hałasował, dzięki czemu mogliśmy doskonale wypocząć. Pani Lidia ma przepiękny ogród, który dodaje temu miejscu wyjątkowego uroku.

Najbardziej jednak zachwyciła nas sama gospodyni. Pani Lidia jest niezwykle serdeczna, życzliwa i otwarta. Mimo bariery językowej chętnie korzystała z translatora, aby ułatwić komunikację. Co więcej, zaoferowała nam podwiezienie do celu oraz tabletki na ból gardła. Bardzo doceniliśmy również jej troskę o nasz komfort – wiedząc, że będziemy wracać późnym wieczorem, około godziny 22–23, zostawiała zapalone światło przed domem, abyśmy mogli bezpiecznie i wygodnie wrócić. Był to piękny gest, którego wcale nie musiała robić.

Takie drobne, ale bardzo serdeczne działania wykraczają daleko poza standardową obsługę i pokazują, jak bardzo dba o swoich gości.

Z całego serca polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego noclegu, spokoju i prawdziwie gościnnej atmosfery. Czuliśmy się tutaj mile widziani i zaopiekowani. Chętnie wrócimy ponownie.

A wonderful place to stay in Henley! I highly recommend this accommodation. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable – I had such a great night's sleep. The decor is beautiful, and the fresh fruit and a carafe of water were lovely, thoughtful touches. Downstairs in the kitchen, guests are free to use the coffee, tea, and milk, which felt very homey and convenient. Mrs. Linda was very kind and helpful. I would gladly stay here again!

Everything. Linda was the perfect hostess. We dropped our bags off early and went into Henley- got back to her having taken them in and walked our water bottles. She gave us recommendations for a walk and places to eat and drink. Slept well in a comfy bed, plenty of tea /coffee, fruit and toiletries. Felt like we’d made a friend In the short time we spent with Linda.

Everything. The host Linda was exceptional as nothing was too much trouble. We had a very comfortable stay. Linda was also friendly and approachable.

Quiet and good location for me - I was doing a weekend course that was a five min drive from here. Close to Henley which was lovely to pop into .

Convenient location for what we needed. Lovely place and a comfortable stay.

A good location for me to spend one night as I was walking the Thames Path. Linda was very warm and welcoming, and an added bonus, took me on a lovely walk that I would have missed out on if she had not offered me the opportunity!

Seating area downstairs with fridge and microwave was a bonus. Linda was very friendly and provided clear instructions for checkin.

Linda was very friendly and welcoming, showed me all the facilities and left me to it, which was great as I was rushing. She'd left water, fruit and biscuits in the room which was much appreciated. There was a great selection of teas / coffees and I enjoyed a 'Sleep' tea when I got back from my evening out.
