Sábanas sucias.

El personal fue rápido para solucionar el problema y envían la factura con rapidez.

Me iba a hospedar dos noches, al final solo fueron 4 horas. Llegué muy tarde y lo único que quería era dormir, mi sorpresa fue que al abrir las sábanas estaban sucias y había pelos pequeños en distintas partes, fue muy desagradable. La persona que atendía apenas y nos hizo el check in, me quejé hasta la mañana siguiente para pedir la devolución del dinero y resolvieron rápido, dijeron que eran manchas en la sábana que ya no se quitaban, pero no era así, estoy segura que si tallaba eso con jabón, se quitaban, les enseñé fotos. Me ofrecieron la devolución del dinero y listo, pero jamás volvería.

Decent hotel for the money
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Got good water pressure and hot water.

Cons:

The hotel is in a busy street with lots of noisy motorcycles. The door was not soundproof at all so I could hear all the noise from the street. It’s kind of far from the downtown but taxis in Chetumal are cheap. If you need peace and quiet to sleep, this isn’t the place for you.
