One of the Highlights of My Patagonia Trip

From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The rooms and common areas are spotless, warm, and thoughtfully designed—perfect after a long day of exploring. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the level of care from the owners. They go out of their way to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience—offering great local recommendations for dining and shopping, helping organize visits to the national park, and serving fresh, healthy breakfasts each morning.

Their attention to detail and hospitality made the stay feel personal and memorable. It’s been three months since my visit, and I still find myself thinking about it. I would return in a heartbeat and hope to be back someday.

Muy tranquilo, alejado de la ciudad, hermoso paisaje.
Cómoda la habitación.
El primer día, muy amable Li nos llevo a la ciudad porque el debía hacer unos tramites.

Cons:

Cuando sales de vacaciones, solo quieres descasar y sin horarios.
* el hotel cierra a las 23:30 hrs.
* la azúcar había que pedir.
* para comer, hay que salir del pabellón de las habitaciones ,al frío para entrar al comedor 🥶

Un lugar agradable, alejado del ruido. Con acceso a la carretera inmediato. Gasolinera a dos km

Cons:

La gente que habla en los pasillos temprano, aunque esta en el reglamento los pasajeros hablan en el pasillo como que estan en el bus.

Strutturata pulita e personale molto accogliente, al nostro arrivo il proprietario ci ha fornito un sacco di informazioni e consigli sulle escursioni che avevamo in programma di fare. L’hotel non é in centro ma se si ha una macchina si raggiunge senza problemi.

Large modern room and bathroom. Squeaky clean throughout and the lounge facilities with guest fridge and microwave etc useful.

Cons:

A bit far from the town. We had a hire car for most of our stay so it didn't matter, but nowhere to eat close by and very limited evening meal choice (1 thing) during our stay. Although breakfast was nice the latest time was 9am to eat it.

Sorry I have to say this but I Couldn't wait to get away

Cons:

The Bad: you're immediately given a long list of do's and don't that were also already sent to you via WhatsApp message and are posted on Booking.com. The owner did help me with my luggage but acted as if he hated everything about his job. I constantly felt as if I'm totally bothering him. He never once smiled. I realize that a lot of us may be cultural (from Korea) but after weeks around friendly South Americans it was quite a shock to me. Couldn't wait to get out of there

The ugly : the gravel road leading up to it was so bad that it was difficult to find a taxi driver willing to go there. Had to waste a lot of time with that.

Nos gustó TODO. Desde la atención personalizada de sus dueños Lee y su esposa que son dos personas excepcionales. Es difícil describir con palabras la amabilidad, cordialidad y afecto recibido. Nos hicieron sentir como si fuéramos de su familia. Obviamente que los super recomendamos. Muchas gracias Lee y Sra.!
