Estuve en Estambul por unos días y me hospedé acá. Excelente atención, muy serviciales. La primera noche cuando llegamos había un problema con nuestra habitación (no terminé de entender qué) y nos mandaron a dormir a su segundo hotel. Después nos hicieron un upgrade en la reserva debido a las complicaciones previas, ellos llevaron las valijas de un lado a otro y nosotras no nos preocupamos por nada

La ubicación es buena, cerca del tranvía.
La habitación pequeña, pero cumple con lo esperado.

Cons:

1. La comida caliente del desayuno siempre estaba fría.
2. Nos pasó dos veces que al llegar al hotel, las personas de la recepción estaban durmiendo en el lobby, lo que hacia muy incomodo el ingreso al hotel.
3. Las personas del aseo no sacaban la basura del baño y se les olvidó en dos ocasiones dejar toallas.
4. Vinimos a un matrimonio y preguntamos por la disponibilidad de una plancha para la ropa. Nos dijeron que nos la llevarían a primera hora a nuestra habitación para estar listos. Al día siguiente, luego de varias insistencias nos dijeron que en realidad no sabían dónde estaba la plancha. Bastaba con que nos dijeran que no tenían para buscar otra solución, pero nos tuvieron toda la mañana esperando y dándonos información incompleta.
5. La peor parte fue la desorganización con el cobro del hotel. Reservamos por booking y en ocaciones el cobro se hace directamente a la tarjeta dejada en la garantía. Cuando llegamos al hotel no nos dijeron nada del pago, por lo que pensamos que estaba todo en orden. Al día siguiente recibimos un mensaje que debiamos ir con urgencia a recepción. Nos acercamos en la noche y nos comentaron del error. Nosotros pedimos pagar al día siguiente para verificar con calma que no se hubiera pagado a través de la app. Sin embargo, a pesar de decirnos que no había problema con pagar al día siguiente. Nos empezaron a llamar a la habitación desde las 7 am. Luego, personal del aseo golpeo nuestra puerta e insistió que debiamos ir a recepción. Bajamos a tomar desayuno a las 9.30 am con la tarjeta con la intención de pagar luego del desayuno, sin embargo, nos interrumpieron en la mitad del mismo. La forma de cobro fue absolutamente hostigante y matonesca.

Lokacija je zelo dobra. Največja prednost hotela.

Cons:

Hotel je dotrajan, zajtrk zelo slab in prostor za zajtrk naprivlačen. Sedežne blazine na terasi precej umazane. Pred hotelom se je stalno nekaj pretovarjalo.

Wir waren 4 Nächte im Grand Naki Hotel. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen das Hotel liegt zentral und das Frühstück war auch gut. Das Personal war nett und insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

-Die Nasszellen sind renovierungsbedürftig es roch zudem nach sehr intensiv.
- Nachts sehr hellhörig wegen Bauarbeiten (konnte jedoch trotzdem gut schlafen)

Pros:

The staff is awsome they offered to change us room as soon as two rooms became available and free of charge. I mistakenly booked economic room in level -2 and though these ones are super comfy they offered to change so a big thank you for that

Everything is a 10 min walk from the hotel so awsome if you want to walk and if not tram 1 is 3 min walk
