El personal, estaba calentitas la habitación

Cons:

La habitación no fue lo reservado,escogí la de 18m y la que nos asignaron no tendría ni 12, pedí cambio, era algo más grande pero ni por asomo los 18m.la ventana daba a un patio de luces,oscura.
Que te cobren por dos tes un refresco y una cerveza 30€ me parece abusivo.

Das Personal im Hotel war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: Es gab eine große Auswahl an Speisen, sodass wirklich für jeden etwas dabei war. Insgesamt ein sehr positiver Eindruck – ich komme gerne wieder!

Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und es war auch für Kinder etwas dabei, insgesamt sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Room was special basic, broken toilet seat, no safe, no bedside light, bed barely fit in the room. We had two rooms the other shower leaked and flooded the place each time used.
