Dieses Hotel ist weit mehr als nur ein Ort zum Übernachten. Jeder Mitarbeiter begegnet den Gästen mit echter Aufmerksamkeit.
Die Executivzimmer sind komfortabel und luxuriös ausgestattet. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist top gepflegt.
Das kulinarische Angebot in den verschiedenen Restaurants ist vielfältig, die Speisen sind hervorragend zubereitet.
Was dieses Hotel jedoch wirklich herausragen lässt, ist das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Es ist diese seltene Kombination aus Professionalität und persönlicher Note, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich macht. Wir wurden vom Küchenchef und einer Managerin persönlich mit einer kulinarischen Aufmerksamkeit vor der Abreise nach dem Frühstück verabschiedet.
Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und wir werden wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait au JW Marriott à Mascate. Tout s’est extrêmement bien déroulé du début à la fin : l’accueil, le service, les infrastructures… tout était irréprochable.
Nous souhaitons faire une mention toute particulière à Kepintra, qui s’est occupé du ménage de notre chambre chaque jour. Son travail était impeccable, toujours réalisé avec soin et perfection. Mais au-delà de son professionnalisme, c’est surtout sa gentillesse, sa douceur et son attention qui nous ont profondément marqués.
Des personnes comme lui sont rares, et il mérite d’être reconnu à sa juste valeur. Il a clairement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Un immense merci à toute l’équipe, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

L’hotel est très beau, très bien entretenu, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable.
Le petit dej absolument incroyable et le personnel très serviable.
Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables.
La piscine principale extérieure est un peu petite par rapport à la taille de l’hotel.
Un peu excentré mais rien de dramatique.
The staff at JW Marriott went above and beyond for us during our stay. They are all so kind and friendly and I would love to stay again.
The property is located a little out of the city. This allows for extra space and facilities but harder to get in and out of the city. However, taxis are available and it is only a 20 min drive into the main city.
