Pros:

Logement très propre fonctionnel et confortable. Nos autres ont été d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et aux petits soins pour nous aider à nous garer et nous conseillers un restaurant en centre-ville. Un séjour inoubliable à Berat !

Cons:

Difficile de se garer dans le parking il faut avoir une petite voiture

Apartamento centrico. Anfitriones muy amables
Pros:

Aunque un poco justo, pero tenia parking. La ubicación era excelente, muy cerca de todo lo que teniamos previsto visitar.
Los anfitriones muy amables, nos ayudaron a aparcar el coche en el parking, nos ayudaron con el equipage, y nos trajeron un plato de sandia fresca que nos supo a gloria dado el calor asfixiante por las altas temperaturas de esos dias.
Tenia aire acondicionado

Cons:

El apartamento en si son dos habitaciones con baño. Para acceder a la cocina hay que salir fuera y entrar por la puerta de al lado.
No hay comedor ni sala propiamente. Hay mesa y sillas en el patio, frente al apartamento, lo cual fué un poco incomodo, ya que hacia mucho calor, y dentro, donde tenian el aire acondicionado, no habia comedor, solo camas.
La cocina muy pequeñita. Muy justa para nosotros que cocinamos. No teniamos espacio para preparar las cosas. No tiene luz ni microondas.
La encimera y el horno no eran al uso, si no que parecia como un microondas (que realmente era horno) con unos fogones encima, y puesto sobre el marmol

Apartament was nice and clean, but there was unpleasant incident during check-out
Pros:

The host welcomed us in a friendly way, the apartament very comfortable, good location, clean and quiet.

Cons:

Check-out was until 11 a.m., and at 10:30 a.m. the host was waiting at the door, knocking on our door. It was unnecessary and unpleasant. I understand the reason for cleaning for the next guests, but we didn't make mess and according to the rules, we still had 30 minutes until check out, so we wanted to have some privacy. It ruined the overall positive experience :(

Accoglienza , gentilezza e comfort
Pros:

Quando siamo arrivati la signora ci ha accolti con un piatto di anguria e acqua freschissima. Casa pulitissima , con un bel giardino , posizione centrale nella cittadina , vicino alla passeggiata sul fiume , ristoranti e negozietti . Proprietari veramente gentilissimi . Grazie di cuore ! Everything perfect :) close to the castle and city centre. The owner helped us park in their garage, because it was very narrow. Very nice stay!

Pros:

Sehr freundliche Besitzer und super zentral gelegen. Alle bekannten Spots fußläuflig leicht erreichbar.
Preis-Leistung undschlagbar. Ein Wasser und ein Snack wurden zusätzluch vorbei gebracht.

Cons:

Austattung der Küche etwas dürftig. Wir haben nicht gekocht. Aber Kühlschrank und Mini-Gefrierfach vorhanden.

Great location — just a 15-minute walk from the castle.
The host was extremely welcoming and friendly.
We received a complimentary upgrade thanks to our Genius Level 3 status.
Conveniently located near the charming old bridges and beautiful historic areas.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection was weak and did not work properly in one of the rooms.

Duży obiekt, położony zarówno bardzo blisko starówki Beratu, jak i jedynego większego sklepu w mieście. Właściciele bardzo pomocni i komunikatywni. W zestawie fajny dostęp do ogródka, z możliwością jedzenia świeżych pomarańczy z drzewa. Minusów praktycznie brak.

Cons:

Jedyna rzecz, na którą można narzekać to dosyć straszny podjazd pod górkę nieasfaltowa drogą oraz mały garaż, do którego trudno wjechać, szczególnie dla dłuższych samochodów. Nam na szczęście udało się wymanewrować przy pomocy jednego z gospodarzy, ale nie było to łatwe zadanie.

Pros:

We arrived and the garage was open so we rode straight in on our motorbikes. We were located a short walk from the castle, not too strenuous as the other road by foot and near all the restaurants, cafes and shops. Our hosts were great. The place was comfortable and clean. The overall setting was lovely. Washing machine which was handy and a covered area to sit outside to eat.

Cons:

The kitchen was lacking a few necessary items. A chopping board, sharp knife, more cutlery and a kettle, another pan etc but we managed over the 4 days we stayed. I'm sure if we had asked, we would have been provided with these items.

Parking privado y un jardín muy bonito, los anfitriones fueron muy atentos y amables. Lugar tranquilo, cómodo y muy limpio. Lo recomiendo sin duda.
