My room came with hot water to shower !

Cons:

I could hear people talking in the hallway. But thankfully it was for a short time then I went back to sleep

لقد كنت في حيرة من أمري لماذا لا يوجد تقييم لفئة النجوم لهذا الفندق على موقع بوكينغ.. إلى أن وجدت الجواب بعد أن اقمت في هذا الفندق ليلة واحدة.
أظن أن الفندق يستحق نصف نجمة.. لا يوجد باب عند مدخل الفندق. فأي شخص (أو حيوان) يستطيع الدخول بدون مانع. فالفندق مفتوح للهواء الطلق -ولا أعلم هل هذه ميزة أم شئ سيئ. الغرفة ضيّقة جدا، و الحمام أضيق منها. أما بالنسبة للتجهيزات (amenities) فهي غير متوفرة.
وأخيراً قاموا بخصم قيمة الضمان (20دولار) بسبب أني سكبت القليل من القهوة على الفراش من دون قصد. و طلبوا مبلغ إضافي (20دولار) أخرى ليكونو راضين و يعملوا على غلق الحساب.

Standard room not feasible for two people.
Pros:

The location was very nice with views to the beach from reception area and from one room. The staff were helpful and courteous, the Nicasio breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The standard room that we had booked was unbearable small with just a bed in the room. We choose to pay quite a bit more for the available view room with attached private sitting room, making the stay quite expensive.

Pros:

Centrally located and right across from the beach and near many restaurants.

Cons:

Mattresses were old and need to be replaced. No where to sit other than on the beds. Name is misleading, no rooms have an ocean view.
