Magnifique appartement très spacieux pour un séjour en famille
Pros:

Très bel hébergement, très confortable et pratique, même en étant au maximum de la capacité. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La vue depuis le couloir est magnifique. Seul regret : ne pas avoir pris le logement, certes plus cher, avec vue sur la baie : c'est magnifique ! Je remercie également l'équipe pour son service client, avec qui j'ai pu régler un problème lors de la réservation et nous avons pu faire confiance pour que cela soit résolu.

Cons:

Tout était très bien. Seule remarque : nous étions 8 et 2 sièges d'appoint autour de la table de salle à manger auraient été utiles pour que nous puissions manger tous ensemble..

Parfait pour une famille de 4. Le prix pour la grandeur de l’appartement est vraiment bien. Un bel endroit. Très propre. Je me suis senti comme à la maison. Je recommande.

Superb apartment on a breathtaking area.
Pros:

The comfort of the apartment was superb. It looked exceptionally good and it was very spacious, and the self check-in worked great too. It's worth mentioning how spacious the closets and the furniture was. I completely recommend it for a quality stay with a gorgeous view from the windows. I can't wait to come back during winter.

Cons:

I didn't have time to use all the equipment that the apartment provided, but I assume everything worked as expected. If you get an apartment on the lower floors, the view of the mountain won't be as good as on the top floor, but still worth it.

Pros:

Very nice, spacious and quiet apartment in a modern, recent building. Comfortable beds (well, the bunk beds in 2nd bedroom maybe a bit less), well furnished kitchen with island and bar stools, laundry area, living area with TV, sofa and dining table. Balcony as well. All the amenities one could expect. Nice, spacious bathroom also with shower and bathtub.

The nearby village of Petite Riviere St François is charming and the location is well situated at the base of the Massif ski resort and well located to explore the Charlevoix region.

Cons:

The apartment was very clean on arrival. However, there is no cleaning service during the stay.

Access to a pool would be awesome. Also, a coffee table in the living area might be nice, and a table on the balcony.

Pros:

Emplacement très bien pour accéder au massif de Charlevoix.
Appartement très fonctionnel

Cons:

Procédure d’accès non disponible à notre arrivée, impossible de joindre le numéro d'urgence pendant 1h30.
Très difficile de faire baisser la température dans les chambres en dessous de 27 malgré la clim et en laissant les rideaux fermés.
