It took 2 long for the hot water to get hot

The breakfast was disgusting. The entire hotel had different levels of awful smells. The pool was very outdated and the “spa” had plywood over it with dusty plants on it. We booked a room with a separate living room and bedroom but they were not separate at all. The carpet in the room was disgusting,my socks turned brown from walking around the room. There was a German cockroach in our rooms kitchen area. 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

Bathroom was pathetic. Every metal eg the towel rails and the bathtub were rusted and disgusting.

The hotel is under construction. The check in area and hall leading to the elevators was fine. The elevators reeked of weed. There was what looked like mud...at least I really hope it was, in large clumps going down the hallway. I did let the front desk know and it never moved during my stay. The room was old and paint chipped on the walls, the baseboard under the window looked like something had been chewing on it. The water damage in the bathroom had been poorly painted over. The tub was dripping water all night and the walls were super thin so the crying child across the hall was heard clearly during our stay.

The room key was not working; waited for more than 30 mins before it was fixed

Construction was going on 8-5 everyday
It’s way too old. You will feel when you get there.
There’s a reason why it is cheap to stay there

It looked old and wasn’t clean

Unprofessional staff, uncleanliness, strong odor, broken appliances, stained sofa, broken air conditioner wasnt working, big dent in bed of first room i was in before i was switched to another room that still had problems

I didn’t particularly like I had to move from my suite because none of the televisions were working to a basic suite.

The fact if I wanted to rent another day I had to come up with another $;100 deposit and the hot water , you have to turn on the sink and tub at the same time to get hot water

First night, all the water sources in my room were cold. I let them run for a good amount of time and adjusted several times. In the morning, I reported it, the staff quickly fixed the problem but the water went back to being cold a day after. I reported it again but this time the water was lukewarm and would not get hot. This goes for the shower, bathroom sink and kitchenette. Staff always responded quickly but the issue was not resolved. Lastly, I wish there were meat alternatives for the breakfast like turkey or chicken sausage.
