Séjour super.
Pros:

Le personnel , très serviable, souriant et gentil.
La chambre est grande, le lit confortable et dans la salle de bain, il y a de l’eau chaude et de la pression.
L’emplacement est super, pas loin de l’aéroport.
La piscine est très appréciable, elle est propre, il y a des chaises longues et des serviettes.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre au 2 ème , à côté d’un entrepôt et c’est un peu bruyant. Il faut demander une chambre , côté piscine.

Le personnel est très accueillant. Notamment Putu qui a été attentif à nos moindres demandes.
Le petit déjeuner était également très bon.

Good value!
Pros:

This place was so cute and the staff was friendly and helpful! Room was big and so was the bathroom. It was clean and comfy. The laundry machine was clutch for me. The location was decent. It was quite just a quick trip to some more main streets.

Pros:

Our flight was delayed which made for a midnight check in, the staff were waiting and ready to show us our room which was lovely! They also made us an early breakfast before we got on the road.

Cons:

We only stayed a night but it was the perfect stop over place!

Great little find close to the airport!
Pros:

We had a late night flight so paid for two rooms (overnight rate) to use for the afternoon. While it's nothing over the top and it's the basics, the staff were lovely, the air-con in the room was lovely, tidy, clean. Would happily stay again :)

Excellent staffs, clean room and grat location in Kuta
Pros:

The staff were so welcoming that I never felt like I was staying in a foreign country; they truly made me feel at home. With the super clean rooms, an excellent pool, and such helpful service, our stay was wonderful. The handwritten thank-you note and fruit platter at the end were such touching gestures.

Cons:

The bathroom space needs a bit renovation. Also, the road can have more signs.

While it is not a luxury property, it offers several thoughtful conveniences that made the stay pleasantly stress-free.

One of the most notable advantages of this hotel is the ease of late-night check-in. Even when arriving at a very late hour, the process was smooth and efficient, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Another thoughtful feature was the availability of water dispensers placed in the lobby and key areas, allowing guests to freely refill drinking water. This small but meaningful detail added both convenience and comfort to the stay.

The guest room itself was clean, tidy, and well-organized, reflecting good housekeeping standards. While not particularly spacious, it felt comfortable and well maintained. In addition, the hotel features a small yet cozy swimming pool, which, despite its modest size, was nicely maintained and offered a relaxing spot to unwind.

Cons:

There are, however, a few points worth noting. The hotel does not have an elevator or escalator, which can be inconvenient if your room is assigned on the second floor, especially when traveling with heavy luggage. Additionally, because the property is located within a narrow alley, access for larger vehicles is limited, which may make pick-ups or drop-offs slightly less convenient.

Great hotel!
Pros:

The staff is amazing! They are so nice and respectful. Room is perfect and the breakfast was also good! I stayed here for just a day so I haven’t used all the facilities en haven’t checked the area But great spot if you have another flight.
