Столкнулись с абсолютно неожиданным хамством. Мы спросили на ресепшене, есть ли утюг, в ответ на нас начали, извините, орать, мол, хотите утюг, идите в отель 5 звезд, не знали, что сейчас утюг-элемент невероятной роскоши. Наш номер был около стойки регистрации, работник (пожилой мужчина, о котором до этого говорилось) очень громко смотрел телевизор, в какой-то момент, как мы поняли, он начал смотреть фильмы с эротическим содержанием, в итоге пришлось слушать вдохи-вздохи … долго заполнял документы, для чего взял у нас паспорта и не отдавал около 30 минут, хотя обычно делают сканы или фото документов, не очень приятно отдавать свои документы незнакомому человеку на неопределенное время. В комнате есть биде, но нет унитаза, ситуация сюрр. Местоположение хорошее, в номере чисто.

Would choose elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Convenient to bus station. Very clean. Good sized shower.

Cons:

Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Host/owner was very hostile when we arrived to drop off our bags which he said we could do when we called 2 weeks prior. We did ask if the room was ready and he angrily told us 2 pm, which was fine. He angrily grabbed our bags and was very short with us. When we came back later his mood had not improved and he kept our passports stating he did not always do this. We were mother and daughter traveling alone and at that point felt very uncomfortable. Decided to stay due to the cleanliness of the room and lack of other options at that point. However, the rest of the interactions were pleasant. The room was situated right next to the check in desk so not very private or quiet.

Malos modos del dueño que pensó que me iba sin pagar, Booking no me avisó que NO iban a cobrame a través de tarjeta, y nos quería hechar...me puse en contacto con Booking y respondieron que hablara con el dueño!! Un desastre y mala experiencia, nos arruinó el viaje ....
