Bardzo dobry wybór hotelu.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja niedaleko dworca i na trasie do zwiedzania.Alessandro jest najlepszym gospodarzem. Mieliśmy pokój teoretycznie bez łazienki ale w pokoju jest umywalka, a łazienka ‚wspólna’ czysta, i wanna i prysznic, ręczniki świeżo wyprane. Widok z okien bardzo ładny. Polecam!

Pros:

Good location. Only a 5 minute walk from the train station and 1 minute walk from the boat Alilaguna stop. Room is clean and spacious. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Be aware smoking is allowed so not advised if you are sensitive to the smell.

Pros:

Los dueños son personas súper amables, te hacen sentir como en familia, nos permitieron guardar nuestras maletas al check out, el joven que trabaja ahí fue muy cortés y nos ayudó con las direcciones para ir a distintos lugares en Venecia, sin duda regresaríamos, está cerca de la estación Santa Lucía (unos 6-8 minutos a pie)

Hotel familial et authentique proche de la gare, les chambres sur cour sont très calmes, le personnel est très arrangeant et sympathique.

Jó helyen lévő tiszta, vendégszerető.
Pros:

Csöndes. Remek megközelíthetőség, közel a vasúthoz és a vaporettóhoz. A házigazdák végtelenül kedvesek és segítőkészek. Minden nap volt takarítás. A csomagokat érkezéskor és távozáskor is megőrizték. Nagy tisztaság.

Cons:

A wifi lehetne erősebb.

Pros:

Very good location - 5 to 10 minute walk from Santa Lucia Station. Close to restaurants, café, supermarket (Despar).

Price is very good for the quality of the room and location.

Staff is very very nice. Lobby is 1 level above the ground. Gentleman helps you carrying luggages up and down.

Bathroom is super clean and new. Room is very nice.

Cons:

There aren't that many outlets to plug in electronics.

Un excellent hôtel
Pros:

Excellent hôtel, à la gestion familiale. Il est idéalement placé, près de la gare et des commerces, ainsi que de l'embarcadère du vaporetto.
Les équipements sont simples, un peu datés, mais cela donne à l'établissement un cachet authentique. La propreté est irréprochable.
Les hôtes sont gentils et attentionnés.
L'hôtel est près de chez Dal Mas, une pâtisserie iconique de Venise.
Les chambres sont bien insonorisées mais il vaut mieux en choisir une à l'arrière du bâtiment, ou prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles si la vôtre donne sur le campo ; malgré le double vitrage, il y a des gens bruyants dans les établissements voisins, le quartier étant très animé.

Właściciel strasznie nie miły, odpowiada wielce od niechcenia na zwykłe pytania dotyczące obiektu. W pokojach z oddzielną łazienką trzeba przejść przez cały korytarz żeby z łazienki skorzystać mijając przy tym recepcję co nie było zbyt przyjemne, tym bardziej mijając nie miłego Pana.

A pochi passi dalla stazione.Su una bella piazza e con tanti negozi sulla via.Anche il famoso Conad con affreschi.Finestre doppi vetri quindi il rumore viene molto attutito io ho dormito senza tappi.
Personale cordiale.Le chiavi vanno sempre ridate prima di lasciare la camera ma seppur chiudano per sicurezza a mezzanotte,basta suonare e ti aprono anche dopo.
La mia camera singola aveva il letto grande e il bagno privato perfettamente pulito.Finestra con vista sulla piazza.
Lenzuola pulite.
Sinceramente non capisco le recensioni negative.
