Не смотря на то, что номер был чистый и аккуратный, в подушках были клопы. Это полностью испортило пребывание, ничего не может быть оправданием для этого!

A localização é boa. As empregadas de limpeza eram super atenciosas.

Cons:

A sanita é fora do quarto, apesar de termos uma casa de banho completa dentro do quarto.
A receção não foi a melhor, contudo melhorou ao
longo da estadia.
O chuveiro ou deita água muito quente ou então a água na aquece… tomámos banho de água fria…
Como ficámos no quarto ao lado da receção, durante toda a estadia havia muito barulho.

Antica struttura in posizione favorevolissima , necessita di ritocchi strutturali. Ottimo lo staff

Posizione eccellente, di fronte a 100 metri dal santuario di santa Lucia e vicinissima a Canal Grande e Stazione ferroviaria

La struttura necessita di qualche ritocco strutturale, soprattutto la muratura, i termosifoni e i pavimenti

Please read the reviews on Google first. All of them are true. We were painfully bitten by bedbugs. There are a lot of reviews about bedbugs on Google so the owner knows about them but he is so rude and does nothing. DANGEROUS PLACE

Location is good and in general the personal were friendly

Cons:

BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!! They know about it and do not do anything on this regard, please till they do not show importance to address it as soon as possible, I would suggest you to avoid this hotel
