Cat Ba Glow Hotel

Khách sạn đẹp, giá cả hợp lý. Đặc biệt có anh chị chủ nhà nhiệt tình vui vẻ. anh chị ấy hỗ trợ và chia sẻ những địa điểm thăm quan , đi chơi. Có cả dịch vụ cho thuê xe máy điện , xe mới tôi có thuê 2 xe đi thăm quan đảo.

Nhóm của mình có 1 đêm rất vui tại khách sạn. Anh chị chủ nhà nhiệt tình vui vẻ, chia sẻ cho nhóm minh khá nhiều địa điểm thăm quan và vui chơi. Khách sạn ngay trung tâm, nhưng rất yên tĩnh. Chúng mình có đặt dịch vụ tàu tham quan vịnh Lan Hạ ( tàu rất đẹp phong cảnh cũng rất đẹp ) .Cảm mơn chị Thoa đã tư vấn và hỗ trợ bọn em đặt tàu ( giá rất tốt so với các chỗ khác). Chắc chắn bọn em sẽ quay lại.

Giá tốt so với chất lượng. Phòng sạch sẽ, dọn dẹp rất tốt.
Hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Có cho thuê xe máy điện, hỗ trợ đặt tour vịnh rất tốt và nhanh.

Ở đây rất thoải mái, phòng gọn gàng, đủ tiện nghi. Vị trí ngay trung tâm rất thuận tiện. Lễ tân vui vẻ nhiệt tình. Dịch vụ rất tốt , giá hợp lý.

The lady (receptionist and owner) from the hotel was very nice and she spoke English.
We had a good room and we liked the breakfast very much.
The hotel (in a quiet area) is close to the center with many restaurants and beaches.

Établissement proche du centre à pied ! Très bien placé. Comme beaucoup d’autres au Vietnam, possibilité des excursions directement à l’hôtel ainsi que taxi, bus vers d’autres destinations !
Petit dej niquel les matins, et les propriétaires sont très accueillants

The staff was very kind and helped me during my period when I was sick. I could check-in in earlier and stay in my room for a longer period. When I was oké again, I rent their electrical bikes to explore the island. Would rate my overal experience 10/10

Otroligt trevligt par som äger hotellet! De var väldigt hjälpsamma, hjälpte oss boka transport och aktiviteter! Fina rum, fräscha och som på bilderna!

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko restauracji, ale w cichym miejscu. Wygodny, przestronny pokoj, duze, wygodne łóżka, uzupelniana woda, kawa, herbata. Przez hotel mozna zamówić wycieczki, skuter, pranie. Jednak przede wszystkim klimat miejscu nadają przesympatyczni, pomocni właściciele, z którymi można porozmawiac.

We had a very good time staying at the Cat Bat Glow Hotel with our host Jade. After lots of travel, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Our room on the 6th floor was calm (no noise heard from the street), spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Jade and her family were very welcoming, and the homemade breakfast was a good treat. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Cát Bà! The hotel is ideally located near local restaurants and convenient motorbike rentals the explore the surroundings.

The room was clean, spacious, and centrally located (away from the ongoing construction on the island) with plenty of good places to eat just around the corner. WiFi was working well and breakfast was included. Overall, a value for money.

What made the difference though were the owners who went above and beyond to help us. We accidentally left a bag on the bus on the way to Cát Bà, and they not only helped us track it down, but also picked it up for us (since we already left the island) and arranged to send it to our next destination! We really can’t thank them enough for their kindness and generosity.

On another note, we hope that this mega construction taking place on the island, doesn’t negatively affect the local businesses and families who rely on tourism.
