Pros:

Вид из номера - вау! У нас был вид на море и видна была набережная Батуми и горы сбоку. Завтраки в отеле разнообразные, очень вкусные и сытные, как мини шведский стол.
В 5 минутках от отеля находится Ботанический сад, где можно провести полдня. От отеля ходит общественный транспорт до Батуми, также с легкостью можно вызвать такси. Хозяевам отзывчивые и доброжелательные. За эту цену шикарный номер, сервис, обстановка, где можно отдохнуть от городской суеты. До моря минут 30 идти, пляж немноголюдный и чистый, галька и немного песка.

Cons:

В первый день было очень ветреная погода и тк отель находится на возвышенности, в номере было прохладно и было слышно завывание ветра (в хорошую погоду погоду все отлично), но в номере есть кондиционер, если холодно.

Если вы без машины, то от остановки общественного транспорта до отеля нужно подниматься по крутой асфальтовой дороге. Расстояние не очень большое, но с чемоданами не сильно комфортно

Pros:

Przepiękny widok, dla którego warto się tu zatrzymać. Bardzo blisko do ogrodu botanicznego. Smaczne śniadania, z właścicielami można porozumieć się po angielsku co było miłą odmianą podczas naszych gruzińskich podróży 🙂

Однозначно стоит своих денег, очень красиво и прекрасные хозяева
Pros:

Нереальный вид, очень красиво, хороший завтрак, прекрасные хозяева, буквально через 5 минут ходьбы от отеля находится остановка автобуса, на котором можно доехать до центра и даже до аэропорта. Так же в пешей доступности верхний вход в ботанический сад. Его однозначно стоит посетить.

早餐很好。房东人很好。我们的班机延误了，到达已经12点，之前联系了，房东还等着。很棒。房间对着黑海，只可惜下雨了，天好景色很不错。房东还给叫了第二天的出租。

الاطلالة كانت رائعة وقت الصباح

اطلالة رائعة وهدوء تام وغرف جدا نظيفة والاستقبال كانت الساعة 2 صباحا وما كان في اي مشكلة .. اصحاب الغرفة كانوا ودودين

It was fine but there are better choices
Pros:

The view toward and above Batumi (10-15km) was beautiful. The staff was nice and helpful - agreed to exchange some of our dollars to GEL. I thought we're going to be in Batumi and be able to convert money in its currency change stores, but my mistake was that I didn't notice that this place is in a pretty remote location with no real access to the city unless you're with a car. Other than that, beds and bathroom were fine.

Cons:

The food (dinner) was not edible. We got potatoes and meat - the meat was hard as stone (seems like extreme overcooking) and we also ordered cheese Khachapuri (not with an egg) that my boy described as a "sad Pizza". We did tell the hostess about the bad meat, but she didn't offer refund or anything.

Виды прекрасные, но шум по ночам и оплата только наличными портят всё - второй раз не приедем
Pros:

Потрясающий вид с балкона, очень близко к ботаническому саду

Cons:

Выбор блюд на завтрак невелик, оплата возможна только наличными.
Главным минусом для нас стал шум по ночам: к сожалению, администрация не контролирует соблюдение тишины, и из-за шума от детей владельцев было тяжело выспаться

Спасибо было достаточно комфортно.
Pros:

Вид прекрасен, на город, до моря конечно далеко, но мы ночевали, одну ночь, нам это было не важно. Парковка для авто тоже была отличная, проблем не возникло. Завтра прекрасные, все чтоб утолить голод перед поездкой было.

Cons:

Единственный минус это интернет, WiFi как то странно работал, вроде бы подключение есть, а интернета нет. Но это может быть какие то временные трудности.

Widok z balkonu był niesamowity. Miły personel. Czysto.

Cons:

Dojazd do hotelu nie jest łatwy. Daleko od centrum - 10 km. Śniadania - każdy coś znajdzie dla siebie, ale bez dużej ilości dan. Pokoje akustyczne

Great view
Pros:

Near the botanical garden, you can have the view of the nature, sea and the city.
The breakfast is great.also has hot water and good beds. The owners were friendly.

Cons:

The pillows are very low. Also the curtains in the bathroom are short so the water go outside.. I hope you can improve it so people won’t have problems. With love :)
