Pros:

Great view to Batumi, great breakfast and good price. Might be hard to find, but the hosts are sending information how to find them. If you use Google maps use Botanical Garden upper entrance bus station from that point it is easy to find them.

Cons:

Room 103 was a little bit worse than 102, but it can be easily fixed.

вид из номера - просто космический!
море, Батуми, окрестности - все, как на ладони
панорамные окна и уютное расположение позволяют не закрывать шторы и наслаждаться видом даже ночью
уединенное расположение на горе позволит отдохнуть в тишине и взглядов соседей
в пешей доступности верхний вход в бот сад (5-10 минут пешком)
завтраки выше всех похвал.
не хотелось уезжать и очень хочется вернуться!

Sehr nette Unterkunft, mit einer freundlichen Gastgeber-Familie und schöner Aussicht.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Schöne Aussicht auf Batumi und das Bosporus Gebirge in der Ferne.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vor allem auch frisch selber zubereitet.

Очень понравилось. Тихое и спокойное место. Приехал в Батуми по работе и решил остаться вдали от цивилизации. Это осознанный выбор и для меня это место стало настоящим домом. Добрая и учтивая Майя готовила каждый день завтрак (даже, когда я был один). Рядом ботанический сад, что придает гарантированную возможность дышать свежим воздухом. Приятный и светлый номер с видом на город и море - обязательно приезжайте.

Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an willkommen und alle unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt.
Pros:

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Wahnsinns Ausblick auf Batumi, die Lage im Grünen und unsere äußerst Gastfreundlichen Gastgeber. Wir freuen uns schon wenn wir das nächste mal wieder in Georgien sind und hier eine schöne und ruhige zeit verbringen.

Уединённое, тихое место. Потрясающие виды на Батуми и закаты. Рядом вход в ботанический сад. Номер был со свежей отделкой. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный. Завтраки очень вкусные. Шведский стол. При необходимости можно заказать ужин. В общем было очень комфортно.

Cons:

Для кого то, возможно будет минус в удаленности отеля от моря и "цивилизации". Отель скорее для тех, кто путешествует на машине. До пляжа или пешком 2 км.,, или на автобусе, или на такси.
