Pros:

Location- 3 to 5 mins walk to calle crisologo

Facilities - free use of swimming pool

Staff - nice and magalang

Cons:

Room- Walang cabinet to store then my small round table pero wlang chair s loob

Cleanliness-my mga agiw kc s likod ng pinto ng cr and mjo madami lamok nung first day nmn

Food for Breakfast - no other choice (longganisa, corned beef, hotdog and tocino) and un lang

The staff were very accommodating. The place was near Cale Crisologo.

Cons:

The hotel is located on the intersection of a busy street. So, depending on the room location you'd hear motorcycles passing by throughout the day and even in the middle of the night. But the staff accommodated our request to change rooms once there were vacancies.

the hotel is a bit old but well maintained, the interior looks like from the Spanish colonial period.

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

90% of everything there was not pleasing. Only the parking space was suitable, would be better if leased out to nearby hotels to accommodate other guests' cars. The lobby was unkept, the staff could not care less - I had to bring up all our baggages in succession, room CR has wobbly faucets and floor drain took too long.
