Odadaki çarşaflar pis kokuyor ve yatak tahta sertliğindeydi. Bara inip oturmak istediğinde ise çalışanlar gelip yanımıza dikilip sohbet etmeye çalışıyorlar. Kahvaltı dahil kaldık ama kahvaltıyı beğenmedik.

Disgusting, dangerous hygiene failure and a masterclass in lies and customer contempt.

I have never written a more furious review in my life, but what we experienced at this hotel is so shocking and so far below any acceptable standard that I feel physically sick just typing it. If you care about your health, your family’s safety, or basic human decency, do not book here under any circumstances. This place is a disgrace.

The most unforgivable issue: a live SNAIL in our breakfast. Not a hair, not a speck of dirt — a literal, slimy snail crawling through the food we were expected to eat. The sheer revulsion and horror cannot be overstated. This is not a “minor oversight.” This is catastrophic, criminal-level neglect of food hygiene standards. A member of our party is undergoing intensive medical treatment costing over £20,000. One bout of food poisoning from this filth could have hospitalised her, derailed her entire treatment, and put her life at risk. We were left shaking with anger and fear. How on earth does a hotel serving food to hundreds of guests allow something so vile to happen? The answer is simple: they simply do not care.

We reported every single problem immediately. The response? Almost nothing. The room stank so badly of stale cigarette smoke that our eyes watered — they shrugged, claimed no other rooms were available, and handed us a pathetic little air-freshener that did absolutely zero. Air conditioning was advertised on Booking.com; they admitted it was deliberately switched off for the “colder months” and told us to “just sleep with the doors open.” Wi-Fi was non-existent for days on end. Every single complaint was met with excuses, delays, and outright lies.
When we demanded a refund for this ruined, unsafe stay, the hotel caused endless delays, ignored our messages, and then lied about their own agreement with us. Staff repeatedly told blatant falsehoods to our faces to avoid calling a manager.

Не понравилось прям очень завтрак, настолько все было плохо что не описать, никому не рекомендую брать с завтракам, ничего нет просто, даже хлеб оставалось в 9:30 утра пару кусков и никто не пополнил, нет ни каш, ни мюсли, ни йогурта, ни сладостей, ни фруктов, вообщем ничего, горький чай, пару кусков хлеба и вареные яйца

Booking com address was very difficult to find. We traveled all around city then asked to somebody.

Bardzo słaby internet; nie da się podłączyć się iPhonem do telewizora ani też obejrzeć coś przez przeglądarkę; zawiodłem się śniadaniem - wybór dość skromny (da się zrobić kanapki + warzywa), brak soków, kawa tylko z termosu, żadnych słodyczy prócz pomarańczy (ani ciastek, ani rogalików).

До ближайшего пляжа 5-6 км. Это надо учитывать. Прямо воинская часть, далее порт, потом крепость и порт, потом еще немного и уже море 🌊или в обратную сторону только на машине.
