No hay personal, ni hay calefacción, no hay mantas.
Pros:

Estaba limpio.

Cons:

No funcionaba la calefacción, hacía frío y no teníamos mantas. No hay personal en todo el hotel, funciona con videollamada, les dijimos que teníamos frío y nos enviaron al segundo piso a buscar mantas a un armario pero no había. Quedaron de mandar a una persona pero nunca llegó, por lo que tuve que dormir con el jersey puesto encima del pijama. Un desastre…. Debería de estar prohibido tener un hotel en el que no haya al menos una persona a cargo aunque sea por motivos de seguridad.

Aún por encima la foto de booking es algo que luego no se parece nada. Un desastre.

Cons:

Acolhimento e recepção . De forma virtual o assistente não tinha empatia nem competência para resolver a situação (diferença de preço da reserva vs preço solicitado ao check in). Tivemos de efectuar um telefonema para a central e um outro assistente foi competente .

Excelente!
Pros:

Os quartos extremamente limpos, amplos, bem localizados. Levei um susto apenas ao descobrir que a recepcionista é acessava virtualmente pelo totem disponível. Mesmo assim o atendimento foi ágil e conseguimos nos sentir seguros com o compartilhamento das nossas informações.

Cons:

No hay una persona física en recepción, me atendieron telemáticamente en una pantalla. Facilitan código para acceder al hotel y otro código para la habitación. Tuve que llamar para que me indicasen como activar la luz en la habitación. La ventana no da al exterior sino a un espacio intermedio que parece una obra sin rematar, algo bastante raro. Me parece un sistema muy incómodo y poco acogedor, si hubiese algún imprevisto no hay a quien recurrir.
