Pros:

Ótima localização!
Funcionários do hotel são atenciosos.
Quarto espaçoso e cama confortável.
Banheiro muito bom. Boa limpeza.
Ótimo custo-benefício.

Cons:

O café da manhã não é servido no hotel, mas sim em um restaurante que fica a alguns metros do hotel. É a la carte. O atendimento é demorado e pouco cordial.

Localização fabulosa. Primeira linha, perto de tudo mas num local suficientemente calmo para se descansar/dormir.
Hotel confortável e limpo. Limpeza todos os dias com mudança de toalhas. Opção de café e chá gratuito 24/7.
Tem um terraço no andar de cima muito agradável.
Pequeno almoço incluído servido no café buena vista, a 2 min a pé do hotel, muito agradável. Opção de pequeno almoço salgado ou doce + café/cha.
Funcionários simpáticos e disponíveis.

Pros:

A equipe do hotel foi muito atenciosa e simpática, sempre solicitos. A nossa estadia foi muito tranquila! Não havia barulho nenhum no hotel, o quarto era grande e limpo, camas confortáveis, ar-condicionado bom, chuveiro ótimo. Há água e café disponíveis nos corredores. A varanda do andar superior é uma delícia para dar uma descansada e a arquitetura toda do hotel é bastante aconchegante.

Cons:

Acho que o maior inconveniente é não ter onde tomar café da manhã no próprio hotel; apesar de ser uma caminhada curtíssima até o restaurante, nós pegamos dias de chuva pela manhã. E poderiam incluir secador de cabelo e frigobar nos quartos

Pros:

El personal muy amable siempre! El desayuno es en el restaurante buena vista, riquísimo.
En el hotel siempre hay café disponible y agua filtrada.
Tienen day pass con el resort red frog sin costo, te llevan y podes pasar todo el.dia en esa playa con todo gestionado!

Pros:

Excelente atención de Gregorio y todo el personal. Es un hotel con un patrimonio histórico y mucha historia. Imaginamos que cuesta mucho mantenerlo así, pero vale la pena. Es una joya arquitectonica

Que el tiempo no nos acompañó todo lo que quisiéramos pero igualmente pudimos realizar muchas actividades

Fantastic stay on the main island
Pros:

Excellent stay, with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable, shower a nice pressure and temperature with all listed amenities. Location was great, walkable to bars, restaurants and jetties, while staying away from the nightlife noise.
The included breakfast was swift and tasty every day, and the additional complimentary usage of the Red Frog facilities was a fantastic perk I’d recommend anyone to take up.

Cons:

The WiFi on one day was a bit temperamental and a smart-TV would’ve been ideal, but that’s being very picky!

Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel mais un peu cher pour la qualité

L’hôtel est très joli et bien placé .les chambres sont grandes . Le balcon et la terrasse sont très agréables .

Cons:

Le wifi est mauvais . Il manque une étendoir pour faire sécher les maillots et serviettes en rentrant de la plage .

Aunque es el hotel más antiguo de Bocas y se nota tanto en las habitaciones como en las instalaciones esta genial. El hotel es muy limpio y cómodo, el personal es de 10, te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas y se portaron genial con nosotros. Tienen agua y café gratis a disposición de los huéspedes. Nos guardaron el equipaje después del check out. Es tranquilo para descansar sin ruidos y está muy bien ubicado. 100% recomendado
