Alles wie erwartet
Pros:

Es war alles ausgezeichnet, wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption, das Zimmer war sauber und modern ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen mit einem Innenhof und einer Tiefgarage.

Très bon appart'hotel !
Pros:

Bon emplacement pour le parc Phantasialand. Nous avons eu une chambre au rez de chaussée, un peu bruyant à cause des passages jusque tard le soir... la chambre à l'étage lors de notre premier séjour était mieux à ce niveau mais un peu plus petite, nous avons cependant bien dormi. Nécessaire pour se faire à manger succinctement, parfait pour nous ! On reviendra surement pour notre prochaine visite au parc

Super Hotel ! Service Top !
Ich hatte versehentlich ein falsches Datum bei der Buchung angegeben. Wir standen ohne Zimmer beim Hotel. Telefonisch wurde uns super geholfen. Wir konnten direkt einchecken. Es wurde sich am nächsten Tag direkt gekümmert, dass eine Umbuchung vorgenommen wird. Echt ein super lieber Service !
Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind auch super ! Groß, modern und sauber.
Wenn wir in der Nähe sind kommen wir sehr gerne wieder ! Vielen Dank !
