Great location but disappointing facility
Pros:

Location was excellent. Room size was good, spacious enough for our needs. The room was well equipped, we had everything we needed. The staff was very professional and helpful. The staff provided great service when needed.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have been informed of the elevator situation. Only one elevator working and was necessary to call the desk to send the elevator when leaving our room. If we have been informed, we would not have stayed there. Also, the bathroom smell from the drain pipes was extremely foul and necessary to keep the bathroom door closed at all times to prevent the odor from affecting the room. The furniture's and floor was dirty. Best to have furniture that can be cleaned between customers. Breakfast was not delivered at the time requested. We would not do breakfast again for that reason. It would have been nice to be informed that breakfast was going to be delivered and no restaurant at the facility.

superb location, awesome supportive and respectful staff team, big room!
Pros:

The sheer size of the room is pleasantly surprising. location-wise this has to be tops. the only issue really is the elevator (which we were also informed is currently being rehabilitated). To compensate, staff support has been impeccable.

Cons:

elevator not functioning autonomously; extra wait times and a pre-boarding call needed to be made

Cons:

Lots of ants in the room and cavroaches. NEXT STAY PLEASE GIVE US A ROOM AT UPPER FLOOR ( such 20th floor), not 9th floor! Thanks

Overall, it is good if the elevator is working.
Pros:

Location is great!

Cons:

The elevator has been broken for a very long time. During my last stay, it was the worst—it took a long time to go down, and I had to call them multiple times just to be picked up from our floor.

Great location but building is old and tired with broken lifts, unusable gym and pool.
Pros:

Location is prime being just behind Greenbelt 5.

Cons:

There were 2 lifts, one is not working. So with only one lift operational, and also malfunctioning, the trip up and down was frustrating and takes a long time. The buttons on each floor is also not functional so you have to ring in advance to get collected on your floor.
Bed is hard which made my sleep uncomfortable and caused pain.
Aircon leaks, it was "fixed" but carried on leaking.
Room size advertised was not what I expected.
Reception area smells.
"Gym" is not a gym with 2 old machine and set of barbells.
Pool is not accessible unless you register with the guards.

Perfect location and staff are great.

The staff are friendly. Walking distance to Greenbelt and Glorietta. Location is perfect. Place is clean. Room is spacious.

A short stay before my international departure.
Pros:

The condotel has an excellent location, in the center of greenbelt. The place was clean and personnels are friendly and helpful. It offers luggage storage which other accommodations don't have. Check-in went smooth. There are doing some updating of the facilities and 1 elevator was out of order. But this is not a problem as everything is well organized. The price is very competitive considering its location. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, cooking range, kettle, microwave and some basic utensils. But I didn't use them because food courts are just a step away. The rooms are bigger that any accommodations in the neighborhood and for the price. Place is known to grab so no problem for pick up. Both EDSA and skyway are accessible with in minutes. Traffic is easy flowing within Makati in the area of the hotel.

Cons:

All good for me.
