Pros:

One of the elevator is under repair. One is functioning under manual operation. You have to call to use the elevator. Hall way is dirty.

Great location
Pros:

The location is great, next door is Greenbelt 4 or 5 . Fast food Subway to the right of the entrance and to the left is a bakery and seven eleven convenient store.
The room is spacious for two with two single beds. Our room has a big refrigerator but kitchen utensils are limited.
The staff are great, very helpful.
MRT Ayala is a 20 minute walk, longer if one uses the footbridge but a good choice because you don't have to walk outside in the heat of the sun.

Cons:

The condotel needs a renovation!!! The elevator is under repair so it's quite frustrating. It's working but limited.

Good location but elevator glitches made the stay frustrating
Pros:

Great location, easy access to shops and other hotels

Cons:

Only one elevator was functional and only partly. An elevator operator had to be phoned each time one had to go down, because the buttons at each floor werent working. My room was on the 14th floor so the process was very inconvenient.
I also found a dead roach in my bathroom when I arrived.

Pros:

The location is good, for 1 or 2 nights, it's okay. the bed was okay and the shower was okay.

Cons:

There's a bad smell in the room. And also, the elevator takes some time. But the stuff was very nice.

I`m NOT happy!
Pros:

Location? Perfect!

Cons:

Room? Not so clean. On my first day, there`s a cockroach dead beside my bed! And when I woke up the following morning, there`s a living cockroach flying in the bathroom! I wasn`t informed that there`s only one elevator functioning. The following day, the elevator broke down because it doesn`t close. So, you need to climb the stairs to the 16th floor to reach your room.
Very disappointing!!!

You get what you pay for... even so it needs an update
Pros:

Location was great. Clean considering how worn the room and furniture was.

Cons:

1 of the elevators was under construction and the other one was very slow (you have to ring reception when you would like the elevator to come to you, you can miss it by the time you lock up and walk to the elevator). The room was well worn / can tell it's been used a lot. Limited hot water in the shower at night.

The location is great. I felt safe in the area walking around.

Cons:

The elevation was broken. The pool area was not maintained and I was not sure if it was clean enough to go into the pool. The mattress was really hard. There were ants in the room.
