For the price it has it is definitely not worth it
Pros:

Mainly location was the strongest point, and wifi was quite strong but flagged as insecure. The service "at the reception" were always polite and good

Definitely not 4 star hotel for that price also not worth it.

starting with cleanliness, the bed sheets weren't clean, the cleaners didn't do the job right and they came only once, I told to come after 10 minutes they never came, this happened 3 times, and they did room service only once per 2 day, which is fine but at least put some towels. (that's 1 star cleanliness, 1 star the service)

the room was small overall, bed was small, very old and uncomfortable, I did have a very bad rest each night I woke up multiple times feeling like I am falling, on the sides the bed is like lower, which made no sense for what was paid. let's not mention that I had to go 2 times to get an iron that works, and bathroom toilet paper. the shampoos that are provided were filled with water (literally) so I was quite confused (another star)

breakfast was always offered as whatever you want to order, it was Monday, no food in the place they could only offer it on demand which was a bit confusing and sort of weird as they just brought some pieces of bread and whatever to make it a done job while we paid extra (another star)

I stayed in better hotel for the same or cheaper price with more stars and even in better location in The Hague, this was more expensive than other options and it was not good value for money!

Staff very helpful, very clean and great location.
Cons:

received an email on the morning of check in for a link to book the car spot at the parking locations, however this link was blocked in the email. this caused confusion as we selected the property as it had parking, we assumed on site and not at a car parking facility. We ended up going to the one of the location and when checking in got the link but ended up having to move from one parking location to another due to the cost of the parking. thank you
