Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in perfekter Lage!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine kostenfreie Suppe, Obst und Getränke.

Cons:

Der Fernseher war defekt und das zum WM-Halbfinale! Vom Personal kam nur ein Schulterzucken mit der Bemerkung, dass der vorherige Gast schon darauf aufmerksam gemacht hat. Keinerlei Entschuldigung oder ein Hinweis beim einchecken wäre schon zu erwarten gewesen…

Super hotel s chaosom a stresom pri raňajkách, ktoré pokazili dojem z inak príma pobytu.
Pros:

Hotel bol fajn, izba maličká, ale čistá a útulná, lokácia hotela skvelá. Majú aj super vec - ak si nenecháš upratať izbu, zasadia namiesto upratovania jeden strom.

Cons:

Raňajky boli hrozné. Organizačný chaos a stres z nedostatku priestoru aj jedla na servírovacích tanieroch (áno, malých tanieroch, nie na misách). Jedlo bolo fajn, ale neustále niečo chýbalo a nedokladali to. Chýbala na striedačku saláma, syr, vajcia, praženica, džúsy atď. Jediný kávovar sa stále kazil. Ľudia stáli v rade na jedlo, čaj aj kávu. Chaos a čakanie v radoch spôsoboval nielen stiesnený priestor (raňajkuje sa vo vstupnej hale hotela pri výťahu a recepčnom pulte, ktorý je zároveň barovým pultom), ale aj nedostatok personálu. Jeden recepčný sa staral o všetko od pomoci klientom pri check-ine a check-oute, registráciu raňajkujúcich klientov, výmenu a čistenie nádob s vodou v kávovare, dopĺňanie jedla až po komunikáciu s kolegami. Evidentne nič nestíhal. Pobehovali tam aj iní neoznačení ľudia zrejme z personálu, ale spôsobovali len ďalší pocit preplnenosti priestoru, chaosu a stresu. Na tom istom mieste sa totiž v rovnakom čase stretávajú tí, čo raňajkujú s tými, čo do hotela prichádzajú aj s tými, ktorí odchádzajú, kuchár aj údržbár. Skrátka raňajky v strese.

Ontbijt was zeer goed en voldoende keuze en de bedden waren heel goed.

Cons:

Veel lawaai vanaf 6u s'ochtens in de weekdagen aan de straatkant! Personeel sprak nooit Nederlands.
