Beautiful location with lots of potential. Poor service.
Pros:

Hot springs, accommodation.

Cons:

Communication with the staff (we didn’t know whats where - we don’t speak Spanish) staff (esp at check in) was not very helpful ot welcoming; except security guard who helped us at night with luggage; breakfast was just ok.

Śniadania w ograniczonym wyborze ale smaczne i wystarczające, domki bardzo przestronne i wygodne elegancko i z detalami urządzone, bardzo czysto. wokół piękna intensywna roślinność
Idealnym rozwiązaniem po całym dniu zwiedzania są baseny wody ogrzewanej wulkanicznie w tym w szczególności jeden przy samych domkach (kilkanaście m) z uroczym widokiem naprawdę ciepłą relaksującą wodą

Bonita vista y piscinas termales
Pros:

En general la experiencia es buena, las piscinas termales es una delicia, la vista es espectacular. La casita, es comoda y tiene lo que necesitabamos. Lo mejor que hay un piscina con agua termal en las instalaciones que suele estar más vacía que la del área común.

Cons:

Solo tengo dos observaciones, la primera es que dentro de la habitación estaba una caja de madera para ocultar los breakers de la luz pero durante la noche, quizás por el aire o no se porque, la puertesita se abria y cerraba, incomodandome para dormir. No tenia un candado para dejarla cerrada. Y la segunda, habia poca información sobre lo que incluía, la dinàmica del desayuno, etc. Y no habia internet en las habitaciones.

Exellent place to stay with family, was quiet and we were able to enjoy and relax. Awesome!
Pros:

The hotsprings were fenomenal and the restaurant and the food was exellent. We enjoyed the hike and seeing the animals at the farm. We also enjoyed seeing all the coffee plants all around us and actual people working picking the coffee beans. It was a very nice touch to get the sweet treats in our room. The villas are absolutly beautiful and very clean and so unique with all the nice features in every corner you look at with handles made out of coffe tea pots and coffee tin mugs and kettle for the sink. The pine features surrounding the crownmolding and baseboards and sutters matching the furniture was very beautiful!! Very beautiful place and the nature and flowers all around abolutely amazing and the views from all hotsprings outstanding and breathtaken! A must see place!! We will definetly be back and will bring more people there. Access was easy no 4 wheel drive needed.

Cons:

I would have preferred to have our rooms next to each other but it still was not a big deal as they were really within walking distance. Perhaps having to drive from villa to restaurant and to other hotsprings would be nice to have some form of a shuttle so we don't have to drive but again distance is not bad at all and was totally fine.

Beautiful one of a kind property
Pros:

The property was beautiful, staff friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect but the lack of fans , a/c or privacy. Rooms we spacious and the thermal mineral pools heavenly

Cons:

Rooms were loud and with no a/c or fans we had to keep windows open all night do we didn’t sweat to death. It felt a bit exposed and there was a lot of noise and the exterior lights shone into our faces. For the price per night you would expect a bit more privacy, temperature control and a warm shower.
