Wonderful upscale boutique hotel
Pros:

Tasteful and beautiful decor, gorgeous architecture and style. Excellent food at all the dining options. Very friendly and helpful staff. The beach through Old Fort Bay Club is the most beautiful on the island.

la habitacion está muy bien y muy limpia, la cama muy comoda. El hotel en sí tiene buenas instalaciones, muy buen gimnasio y piscina.

Cons:

La playa es solo accesible en coche y tienes que esperar al driver para que te lleve. Por las mañanas hay trafico o sea que puedes tardar bastante en llegar. Una vez ahi la playa es espectacular. Lo unico que no me gusto nada es la comida. El menu del restaurante muy flojo y muy caro.

Wonderful in every way for those with exquisite taste.
Pros:

Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of town and cruise ship tourists, large, comfortable and modern room, wonderful food choices, attentive staff, easy access to beautiful private beach club.

Pros:

Breakfast was great - yum. Gym was great. Room was really lovely. Italian restaurant was basic but good.

Cons:

Staff were terrible. We had an issue with the bill - an inconsistency vs booking.com. They said the manageress would come find us. NEver did. We asked a few times. Always sour and never helpful. They never followed up. No call, no email. Poor

Great hotel and experience overall tainted by some of the bar staff.
Pros:

The standard of accommodation, amenities and the grounds of the hotel were very high.

Cons:

While the quality of service at reception and the restaurants was very good, that at the Yellowbell bar for the most part left a lot to be desired. Two or three each of the female and male staff were interested but the rest clearly didn’t want to be there and whilst they were never rude the service was slow and almost grudging.
