Estancia no hubo
Pros:

No me gustó nada, una hora antes del check in el hotel nos llamó aduciendo que la reservacion se cancelaba por parte del hotel ya que no había disponibildad de las dos habitaciones y que la culpa era de booking, solicite el reembolso a la tarjeta

Cons:

Que no se hubiese cancelado y no haber hecho un viaje tan largo para una hora antes de llegar me cancelaran la reserva

A great little hotel just outside of Santiago. The room was fresh and clean with a smart TV and good aircon. The pool was fabulous and the poolside service was great. Perfect for our one night stop!

Me gustaba la Ubicación

Cons:

Para Empezar me llamaron para decirme que tenían un problema con unas tuberías de aguas y no sabían cuándo iban a repararlo, que me iban a cambiar a un hotel a 20 minutos de distancia , sin costo adicional. Para mi sorpresa el costo si incrementó, pero ya a las 10pm con mi familia en el carro , no iba a ponerme a pelear porque lo que necesitaba era descansar

Mejorar la atención del servicio

El. Lago es muy hermoso a igual que ver a los patos nadar... Es total conexión con la naturaleza

Cons:

El servicio de atención tanto en el restaurante como alrededor es pésimo deberían invertir en asesoría a los empleados y darles capacitación de servicio o atención al cliente, porque no atienden bien, nose si es porque son lugareños pero no hay buena atención.
No tienen buena organización u horarios para la limpieza de las áreas, lo que impide que no sepuedan utilizar y disfrutar todas las instalaciones.
