Ganz tolles Hotel für Zwischenstopp
Pros:

Modern, hell, freundlich. Gutes Frühstück, gutes Restaurant. Basketballplatz und Tennisplatz.

Cons:

Hatten Zimmer Nummer sechs, direkt neben dem Wäsche Raum. Man hörte Trockner und Waschmaschine durch die Wand rumpeln sowie das Abluftrohr auf dem Balkon.
Nachts war es aber sehr ruhig.

Gorgeous facility and grounds. Beautiful pool. Incredible room with a marvelous view of the lake. Excellent staff.

Cons:

They advertised trails around the lake. That was incorrect. I tried to walk and it was impossible. Also my evening meal - fajitas - may have been Panamanian style. They were sitting in grease. Inedible.

Dreadful service
Pros:

Lovely location but restaurant food was terrible and service totally non existent. They took 6 days to answer a query regarding the distance to the bus terminal. Totally disinterested in their jobs

Estancia no hubo
Pros:

No me gustó nada, una hora antes del check in el hotel nos llamó aduciendo que la reservacion se cancelaba por parte del hotel ya que no había disponibildad de las dos habitaciones y que la culpa era de booking, solicite el reembolso a la tarjeta

Cons:

Que no se hubiese cancelado y no haber hecho un viaje tan largo para una hora antes de llegar me cancelaran la reserva
