El tio que trabaja en la recepción es muy amable, todos me han tratado muy bien. Piensen en lo que necesita su clientes - he encantado los trampitos dado para limpiar mis botas!

Excelente estancia. Estupenda ubicación
Pros:

El servicio y la ubicación son inmejorables, se encuentra a 4 cuadras de la catedral y hay un bar en la puerta por si uno está cansado (en mi caso hice el camino) Las instalaciones son excelentes y confortantes. Las habitaciones acogedoras, limpias y con vistas increíbles (doble tercer piso) La gente es súper amable. Es mi segunda vez en el hotel.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien, por decir algo tal vez estaría bueno que el desayuno estuviera incluido por el precio de las habitaciones. Pero no hay nada que no me haya gustado. Todo excelente.

Excellent location for a comfortable stay after walking the Camino.
Pros:

Great location! Close to the cathedral, shops and cafes but away from the noise and congestion. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

There were few amenities, no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee, breakfast should be included at that price point.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo pero en una placita tranquila. La habitacion es amplia y la cama muy cómoda. El balcón me encantó y las vistas espectaculares.
El servicio y la atención muy buena, sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

Cons:

Estaría genial tener un hervidero o café disponible en la habitación.
