Fabulous place in Santiago
Pros:

It’s beautiful, centrally located and spacious. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I love that there was a kettle in the room too.

Short stay in Santiago

We really love the hotel staff and location. It is very clean.

Cons:

This is our 3 stay at your hotel. Every room is different and sometimes not in a good way. This time we stayed in a very small room facing the front of the hotel and there was crazy bar noise at 3:00 in the morning. Screaming drunk people. I guess we need to be specific about what room we want to stay in next time.

Staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Unforgettable view from the top floor.
