Excellent post-Camino stay. Very clean, comfortable and convenient.
WiFi was weak at times.
Everything was amazing! The hotel team was very warm, helpful and kind. They checked me in very early and upgraded to the room with a balcony and insanely beautiful view of the square and the church. The room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. The location is perfect, just in the centre but a bit off the touristic crowds. Lovely stay and super warm and helpful people!

It was pure luxury. I liked the bathroom, bidet, bathtub, beds. View. The room was huge. You could hear the church bells and it was close to everything. The room had an extra sunroom with a little couch that looked over the roof tops and hills in the distance. Was very comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay.
I liked having the convenience of the breakfast, though it was a little over priced for a cold breakfast. It also was left unattended so one of the types of bread had run out. I'm sure they would've brought more had I asked. But I tried the fruit and nut bread instead, so it didn't matter. I asked for a coffee from the barista and he brought fresh orange juice, too. The items they had were delicious and high quality. There's no pressure to get the breakfast. There's a cafe right outside. But it's nice to stay in when it's foggy and drizzly outside.
Location and good view from the room
They did not offer to make a picnic for us for breakfast even if we suggested it since we would need to leave / checkout 7am and miss breakfast that was part of what we paid for.
The property was well located near the cathedral and great shops. Staff at check-in were extremely helpful and could not have been nicer.
Disappointed with this property. We ended up getting a room at the very top of the building with the tiny window, it was nothing like the big beautiful windows that were depicted in the property pictures when I book the room. And unfortunately on a warm day the air conditioning was not working even though it advertised it had AC. Spent a miserable night. Extremely hot and did not sleep well.
Great location close to the cathedral - easy access, very comfortable and clean room, pretty and well cared for. Particular shout out to Nuria at the front desk who was so charming and helpful. Really went out of her way to help me and arrange a taxi service. Great communication. Would stay here again for sure.
