Great hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff, lovely comfortable bed, great view (third floor) overlooking the city. Terrific location, quiet and no cars nearby. The building is old and yet modern at the same time. Breakfast was a delight each morning. And there is a tucked away peaceful terrace to find

A+ performance by Hotel San Miguel and its team members!
Pros:

Hotel San Miguel stands out for several reasons, especially its location, the venue itself and the helpful and friendly staff members.

It is wonderfully central, right in the heart of Santiago’s atmosphere and close to the finish and the city’s beautiful historic buildings and old-world charm.

After an extremely long day on the Camino, the last thing one wants is another long walk to find the hotel, food, explore the town, or return to one’s accommodation. San Miguel made all of that effortless. It is also ideally positioned in a quiet area, which makes sleep a joy!

Another standout were the team members, Jorgé and Luisá, who very helpful, friendly, speak good English, and, yeah, made things a lot easier.

The quality of the bed is great and the rest of the room, including the bathroom, well designed and modern with old-world surroundings when you open the window and step onto the balcony.
