El trato del personal ha sido excelente. El último día me permitieron entrar antes en el chekin. Las instalaciones ,todo moderno nuevo y muy bonito y confortable. La cama y las almohadas ,hasta la manta super cómodos. Me ha encantado. El desayuno también rico aunque me parece se sale un poco de precio . En general de 10. Mi hotel preferido desde ahora de Santiago. Ubicación excelente

Pros:

For being in the old City Center it is quite well mantained and updated. Staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

The breakfast starts kind of late so I regret having pay for it since I couldn't use it everyday.
