Superb!!!
Pros:

Wonderful small self contained unit, very clean comfortable and excellent facilities. Jean was the perfect host and very welcoming. Would 100% rebook to stay again as whole experience was very positive.

Jean is an amazing host. She went above and beyond and dropped me off in the center of Harrogate. Incrediblly kind. She also has the most adorable little doggy!!

Super convenient to have own access with a key box. The room and bathroom had everything I required for my short stay for a very reasonable price! A very comfortable bed and pristine cleanliness also added to the experience

Jean was lovely came to meet me we chatted for about 1hr in the sun. Parking on a wide pavement outside

No much space for my bike then again I bet she doesn’t have many cyclists.

Truly a cosy room!
Pros:

Everything was fine, facilities handy and more than enough.. Location is a bit far from citycentre but buses are frequent.

Cons:

The few steps leading out to pavement may need to be aware of. Suggest adding a brightly -coloured handrail on one side.

Warm and cosy very clean and everything I needed.
Pros:

It was was very comfortable and has a woman traveling alone I felt very safe, my accommodation was a single room very comfortable and well designed and equipped.

Cons:

I stayed one night and didn’t have anything to dislike.

Cosy little place
Pros:

Jean was a lovely host for my stay in Harrogate! The Bedford facilities were all there, including some additional extras like bottled water. Everything was lovely and clean, and I would stay there again if I am up in Harrogate again!
