Pros:

Staying here was the best decision I made on this trip. Rafael was incredibly attentive and thoughtful—he treated me like family. As a solo traveler, his kindness helped ease a lot of the uncertainty I felt during my journey.
I wish I could speak Spanish—if I knew even a little, I could have interacted with them more.
Also, it’s very quiet here, the surroundings are beautiful, and it’s super clean. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. I’m sure I’ll go back to Antigua, and when I do, I’d be happy to stay here again.

Excelente hotel, regresaría sin duda.
Pros:

Nuestro cuarto estaba impecable, las sábanas olían muy bien, y el baño fresco. El desayuno estuvo delicioso, caliente y listo a tiempo. La mejor parte fue el servicio de Rafael, siempre estuvo al tanto de lo que necesitábamos, nos recomendó un buen restaurante para cenar, y se aseguró que nuestro desayuno y equipaje estuvieran bien.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, gemütliches, sauberes Zimmer mit Moskitonetz vor Fenster. Abholung vom Flughafen, die wir über das Hotel gebucht haben, hat tadellos funktioniert. Wir konnten unser Gepäck während der Acatenango-Wanderung hierlassen und sind dann zur Erholung wieder hierher zurückgekehrt.

Cons:

Bett war uns persönlich etwas zu weich. Bad ist klein und bietet keine Ablagefläche.

A great stay with a homey feel
Pros:

Rafael was super helpful, he answered all of our questions and helped us make arrangements for our travels and tours. He made us feel very welcome and made the hotel feel like a home.
The breakfast was also very good. Overall, it is very good value for money.
Although the hotel is not in the city centre, for a few dollars one can arrive with an Uber or tuc tuc. It is also a 30min walk, and the city is very safe so we even walked past midnight back to the hotel.

Cons:

The room is rather small, especially the bathroom. There is single option for temperature water which is lukewarm.

El personal miy amable, siempre atentos, muy limpio, incluía el desayuno y todas las opciones eran deliciosas

Cons:

La habitación era un poco pequeña pero bien, a 20 minutos caminando del centro, batallamos un poquito con el agua caliente pero todos las solicitudes sienore fueron atendidas

Hotel Excepcional con Personal muy amable!
Pros:

El servicio es excepcional. La amabilidad, la calidez y el trato de Rafael fueron inigualables, siempre estuvo pendiente de todo, nos brindó información de restaurantes, sitios para conocer y visitar, nos hizo las rutas. No se le escapó ningún detalle, es una persona que te hace sentir como en casa, he visitado muchos hoteles y nunca había conocido alguien como él!
Edgar, el dueño del hotel, también es muy amable!
El hotel es limpio y muy acogedor!
Los desayunos son variados y deliciosos!

Heerlijk!
Pros:

De tuin en de zitplekjes in het hotel waren prachtig en erg comfortabel. Het ontbijt was ook erg goed. Verder was het personeel behulpzaam.

Cons:

Op sommige momenten waren ze zo behulpzaam en opzoek naar interactie dat het een beetje opdringerig begon te worden als je sochends je bakje koffie rustig aan het opdrinken was.

Great time in Antigua
Pros:

The people that run this place make you feel like family. It is a different level of customer service. They helped figure out many things during my vacation, past my hotel stay. I highly recommend them and also breakfast is delicious.

Pros:

We felt right at home. The staff was very attentive and provided insightful recommendations of activities to do in Antigua. It was a very pleasant stay and would definitely book again. The location was outside of Antigua but easily accessible.
