Rafael was super helpful, he answered all of our questions and helped us make arrangements for our travels and tours. He made us feel very welcome and made the hotel feel like a home.
The breakfast was also very good. Overall, it is very good value for money.
Although the hotel is not in the city centre, for a few dollars one can arrive with an Uber or tuc tuc. It is also a 30min walk, and the city is very safe so we even walked past midnight back to the hotel.

La amabilidad, la calidez y el trato de Rafael fueron inigualables, siempre estuvo pendiente de todo, nos brindó información de restaurantes, sitios para conocer y visitar, nos hizo las rutas. No se le escapó ningún detalle, es una persona que te hace sentir como en casa, he visitado muchos hoteles y nunca había conocido alguien como él!

De tuin en de zitplekjes in het hotel waren prachtig en erg comfortabel. Het ontbijt was ook erg goed. Verder was het personeel behulpzaam.

The people that run this place make you feel like family. It is a different level of customer service. They helped figure out many things during my vacation, past my hotel stay. I highly recommend them and also breakfast is delicious.

We felt right at home. The staff was very attentive and provided insightful recommendations of activities to do in Antigua. It was a very pleasant stay and would definitely book again. The location was outside of Antigua but easily accessible.

Hotel Quinta Vista Verde is a very lovely jewel-box of a hotel. It’s small (6 rooms) so the staff knows each of the guests and their preferences. The room we stayed in has a spectacular view of the Volcán de Agua and was very clean and comfortable. The gardens are luscious and the included breakfast is amazing! Breakfast options include a typical Guatemalan breakfast (eggs, toast, cheese, frijoles etc), pancakes, French toast, avocado bread topped with eggs (my favorite!) and chilaquiles with eggs (my companion’s favorite!). The staff, in particular Rafael, was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is about a half hour walk to the central square of Antigua on cobblestone streets so bring comfortable walking shoes! It’s also just a short taxi drive if walking isn’t comfortable. The hotel hooked us up with a very friendly and knowledgeable driver, Yohan, who took us to places that a tourist might not usually go. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Quinta Vista Verde and we’ll be back for sure!

Locatie erg aan te raden! Rafael hielp ons met van alles, erg vriendelijk personeel. Schone kamers, lekker ontbijt en leuk tuintje.

Limpieza, desayuno

Raphael was so attentive and caring. He gave us a WhatsApp link to a google walking map which had 8 interesting stops on it. We arrived late so he also offered to order a take out for us.

The rooms and bathroom are on the small side, but clean and comfortable. There is also use of a lounge area which is spacious and comfy.

Breakfast was delicious and generous. I particularly liked the Avocado Toast with Eggs.

Cold beers and soft drinks are available too.

Excellent value for money.

The property was very clean, it had a nice court yard and was nice to have a private bathroom! the staff is super nice and caring!

Rafael and Don Edgar went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! They helped us a lot with transfers and finding ways to give us the best deal with tours. Lovely people, food was great, bedroom was clean and comfortable.
