A functional hotel close to the airport, over priced compared to other properties
Pros:

Good size and comfortable room. Location is good if your stay is for the airport or train station but it is a decent 30 minute walk to restaurant and bar area nearer the river. Room was surprisingly quiet given the busy street below and size of the hotel.

Cons:

We came to Da Nang at a time when flights were cancelled as a result of conflict elsewhere in the world, as Da Nang has a large airport for central Vietnam this meant that accommodation options were limited.

This hotel would not have been our first choice and was one of our most expensive rooms in Vietnam, we have stayed in other properties for a lot less which have been a lot nicer. Definitely over priced.

We felt that the reception staff were not especially friendly, often no acknowledgement or greeting as you came and went. Strangely, we also arrived before check in time at 14.00, gave our booking reference, had our passports photographed and left our luggage, so apart from receiving the room key as the room was understandably not ready, we had pretty much checked in. Some time later we received a message on Booking.com asking us to confirm our arrival time by 20.30 or the property would be forced to forfeit our reservation… perhaps only a communication or record error but strange nonetheless.

Cleanliness was acceptable but could be improved.

Chưa đến 12 giờ người dọn dẹp liên tục gõ cửa hỏi có gia hạn phòng hay k ( vấn đề trả trễ hơn 12 giờ thì mình tự biết thêm tiền không phải cứ gõ cửa hỏi mình như vậy ) nhưng mình vẫn trả trước 11 giờ 30p cảm thấy không muốn ở lại thêm chút nào

They were very accommodating in keeping my luggage. I was on a very busy rushed day and basically threw my bags at them so they could put them in a room until my check in later that night. They also kept my bags all day after I checked out.

Cons:

I checked out an hour after checkout time so about 1:15 PM and their policies is to build me 30% more. I thought this was a little high.

В целом нормальный бюджетный отель — без роскоши, но с чистой постелью, водой и дружелюбным персоналом.
Pros:

Каждый день приносили питьевую воду и меняли полотенца. Постельное белье было белым и чистым. В номере было тихо, персонал дружелюбный.

Cons:

В ванной плохо уходит вода, если не поднять крышку сливного отверстия — проблема, которую я уже видел в других отзывах. Стены в номере требуют покраски, виден износ.
