Many things needs improvement.

1. The mattress was too soft and gave me back ache.
2. Shower head in the bathroom kept on falling down, I complained but nothing changed.
3. Room key got deactivated almost every other day
4. Elevator cabin is too small and there are many guest waiting on queue to catch a lift.
5. Restaurants not adequate for the guest during Ramadan iftar.
