اقامة حلوه وارجع للفندق بس الاسعار لو ينزلونها شوي 👍

الفندق جميل ونظيف جدا وريحة المكان حلوه وتعامل الموظفين ممتاز ورائع وخيال وكل شي حلو ممكن ينقال عنهم حريصين عليك وعلى خروجك راضي من استاذه رهف مساعد خدمات العملاء / انس الحربي/عبدالله شرف/ محمد طوري المدير الاخت زينب كلهم كانو ذوق وراقيين ❤️👍

سكنت في فندق سوفوتيل شهد المدينه لمدة 3 ليالي وما ابالغ لكم اذا قلت انه من افضل الاوتيلات اللي سكنتها والصدق انه درجة خمس نجوم وراح اقول الحين ليش:

1- مستوى النظافة والراحة في الغرفة، مافيه ازعاج مافيه ريحه السرير مريح👍👍
2- القرب من الحرم النبوي الشريف مره قريب(اذا طلعت من الاوتيل الوقت فقط 5 دقايق مشي وانت جوا الحرم
3- فيه تفاصيل شدتني من ناحية الاهتمام يعني موفرين مكينه قهوه اسبريسو اللي نظام كبسولات و (موجوده بصور الغرف)
الحمام ممتاز وادوات النظافه حلوه ومميزه خاصة صابون اليدين والشمبو والشور جل و ملطف الشعر يعني كثير من الاوتيلات يعطيك ادوات نظافة اي كلام!!! كذلك موفرين قنوات بي ان سبورت وشفت اكثر من مباراة في الدوري الانجليزي والفرنسي 👍👍👍👍 ويعرف الجميع ان هالخدمات مو كل اوتيل يوفرها حتى لو كان اوتيل 5 نجوم💡💡💡
4- المطعم مره ممتاز وفيه جميع خيارات الفطور العالميه اللي العادة تنحط في اوتيل 5 نجوم

ومن اهم النقاط اللي حاب امنشنها هو فريق العمل في الاوتيل واخص بالذكر:
بدر وعلي من قسم استقبال الضيوف في الدور الارضي
وكذلك فاطمه وساره من الاستقبال والحجز في دور الميزانين
