رائعين في الخدمات .. رائعين في سماع الملاحظات …

موظفين الفطور والخدمات بشكل عام راااااائعين .. بلمحة العين يصيرون قدام الواحد .. هذي فعلا خدمه استثنائية ..

لازم يكون في (استثناءات ) لوقت تسجيل الدخول .. الوالده كبيره بالسن والضغط عندها مع السفر نحاول قد مانقدر (ماتتعب او ترهق ) عشان مايرتفع او ينخفض ! حجزي كان جناحين ..تمنيت بس جناح واحد جاهز .. او طلبوا صورة هوية الوالده واعطيهم يشوفون عمرها .. وحالتها الصحيه .. اللي تستوجب عدم الارهاق ..

اقترح ان يصل صوت الآذان داخل الغرف وليس الممرات فقط ، واشكر شركة السمو بالتعامل الرائع

قريب الحرم وقريب من الأسواق غرف الفندق يوجد بها عازل صوت مما يمثل جو الهدوء ، اشكر شركة السمو في المواصلات والجولة داخل المدينة وأخص بالشكر الكابتن صالح (ابودهام)

يوجد مصعد واحد ويشكل ازدحام حجم الغرفه يفرق عن الصورة في الموقع

Very clean polite staff. Everyone went of their way to help Mr Ahmed Elkeshat( I think this is the correct spelling ) especially helpful. I was a one adult and couldn’t customize a one bed only room he upgraded me to suite for more “”room “” despite still having 2 beds Also I was traveling late next day he arranged for late checkput( w a somewhat reasonable ) price so I could still use the room go to prayers before my flight.
Also there was another reception employee the next day sorry I couldn’t remember the name and Ms Dara the manger on duty . Thank you Also all the housekeeping staff thank u
