Pros:

Ruhige aber dennoch zentrale Lage

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Lift und das Treppenhaus ist sehr schmal. Mit grossen Koffern schwierig.

機会があればまたお邪魔に行きます。
Pros:

清潔感があり､駅への距離も程よく遠くない。

Cons:

宿泊した部屋201だけかもしれませんが、ベッドも頭の方が一番外側に近かったので、外に車が走ると､凄くうるさく、夜中何回も起きた。二重窓にすれば､騒音を防げると思います。

Amazing host, location, price, room ❤️🙏
Pros:

The host was so lovely, understanding, responsive and helpful!!! ❤️ She gave us the best recommendation, was super kind, helped whenever we messaged her!!! ❤️ Comfortable beds, heater. In our room we had small couch, small table, very comfortable and useful; room was spacious - at-least for a couple with two luggages. Our room was on 4th floor, but my husband carried the luggages upstairs, so for us it wasn’t a problem! :) There are rooms on lower floors too! Also, in my opinion, amazing location, amazing price, everything was amazing ❤️ if room is cold, you can turn the heater on and it will be super comfy 💞

Pros:

大宫地铁站步行10分钟左右，公交车站步行3左右，自助入住退房，社恐友好。
民宿装修朴素，但是很干净，入住检查了一下没有灰尘头发丝虫。单人间不像日本酒店那样只有入门狭小过道能站人

Clean, comfortable, nice, perfect private room
Pros:

It was nice, clean, and comfortable. It was good to stay in a private room, with private bathroom, everything was clean which I loved. The hotel owner was really kind, welcoming and helpful. I’d definitely come back

こんな値段でこんなに綺麗な個室に泊まれるなんて最高
Pros:

部屋がとてもきれいで細かいところにも気が配ってあり丁寧だった
チェックインを丁寧に対応してくださり助かりました
テーブルと椅子があり、仕事もしやすくて最高でした

Cons:

部屋が３階でエレベーターがなかったので、荷物が多い人は大変です
下層階を希望した方がいいかも
トイレにウォシュレットがなかったこと（私は問題ないが、すぐ隣にシャワーがあるユニットバスなので　どうしてもな人はシャワー浴びればいいかも）

Nice stay for quick Kyoto trip :)
Pros:

The staff was really helpful, room had everything needed, communication with hotel was quick.

Cons:

The air conditioning was hard to adjust to perfect temperature but I think it’s more of a skill issue than hotel room issue

Wonderful hospitality
Pros:

The owner made my experience exceptional. She gave me recommendations on what to do in Kyoto including places where tourists don’t usually visit. The room was comfortable and clean but it’s the owner’s hospitality that made this visit truly memorable. Great value as well.

Pros:

The property was very clean and managed by one of the most cheerful and positive people I’ve ever met. She personally showed me in and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Every time we met in the lobby she always asked if I needed anything. Overall I felt very well taken care of and was extremely grateful for the kindness and hospitality. I got a great deal through booking.com and the location was really no problem as the bus to Kyoto station was easy. If I can work out another trip to Kyoto, I will be staying here again.
