Pros:

A great hotel, not too far from the station. As i was entering, i also met the owner, and she was extremely nice - showed me the restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores on a map. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location is good. Would most definitely stay there again!

El mejor hotel de Japón. Muy limpio. Muy organizado! La cama estilo occidental muy cómoda. El cuarto con frigobar! El cuarto tiene 2 pequeños sofás para sentarte. Buen aire acondicionado. Me encantó todo. La amabilidad de la chica que te recibe. Hasta nos regaló una caja de té y un paraguas porque llovía!! Super recomendado!!

お水や歯ブラシなど備品が提供してなかったです。
シャワーがお湯出なかったこと困りました。
この二泊の間、メールと罰則だらけもらいました。
このホテルはエレベーターがないし、廊下や階段が狭くて暗いし、荷物が多い方におすすめしません。

對得起價格，有提供小電視可以看Netflix （需使用自己帳號），附近走300m會有公車站，750m會到JR，機能屬於中上

Pros:

I had a nice stay here. The host is very friendly and we had some great conversations about what to do in the area. The location is conveniently quite close to Kyoto station and a bus stop as well. There is a nice udon restaurant just down the street.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit small if you have a lot of luggage. It was not an issue for me.

Good value for money especially since it’s in the heart of Kyoto!
Pros:

Very near attractions either with the nearest bus stop or train station. Quiet and safe neighborhood with quaint cafes and restaurants. Facilities are clean and the owner is a very nice and accommodating person. The room also has everything a solo traveler would need.

Cons:

Only downside is that there is no elevator (this is noted in the listing anyway, so I know that it’s not there). It just made it a little hard to go up the higher floors through the narrow staircase with a big luggage.

Die Hotel Dame war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Man hat sich bei ihr willkommen gefühlt, sehr herzlich! Wir empfehlen jeden dort ein ein Halt zu machen. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Japan, werden wir in Kyoto aufjedenfall dort wieder ein Zimmer buchen! Vielen Dank für alles ❤️

It's a very delightful and peaceful experience.
Pros:

Staying here was a delightful experience. The owner was incredibly friendly. The room was very clean. The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from bus stops and convenience stores. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe, offering a wonderful sense of Kyoto's peaceful lifestyle.

Cozy place, friendly staff, had a wonderful time staying here
Pros:

The location was great and the accommodation was clean and tidy. The hostess was super friendly and always willing to help out. It’s also very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the building too. There’s a lot of English signage and maps inside which helps a lot. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!
