Basic room for reasonable price in London
Pros:

Good location near Paddington Station. Owner was friendly. The room was clean but needing a bit of upgrading.

Cons:

I suppose that in order to get a decent price in London for a room you cannot expect a great deal. I would call the room very basic and minimalistic. It is a place to sleep for a decent price in London. Probably best for someone who does not plan to stay in the room except to sleep and who wants to save money. The owner seemed like a very nice person and I do not want to be too critical. I don't want to harm the owner's prospects of future business because I believe the room is suitable for some people who want to save money.

Okay for the price, considering the location and free parking
Pros:

Great location, 5 mins walk to Paddington underground station; very friendly and responsive host; room and facilities were quite clean; free parking

Cons:

No toiletries apart from hand soap, no bins in the room or even in bathroom (only one in the kitchen), no towels, no locks on the room door, uneven (broken?) bed with one corner dipped

Cozy … once we got access to the 2 bedrooms
Cons:

We got conduises regarding the number of bed per room. We thought each room has 2 beds but it is one per bedroom and each bedroom is a different « unit »

Pros:

Not a lot really

Cons:

No locks on the bedroom doors including bathroom door ,had to stand outside the bathroom while my wife took a bath to make sure no one walked in on her,no WiFi no tv no facilities whst so ever..the lady who owned the place seemed pleasant enough but was a bit disappointed tbh,my wife wanted to come home the first night but I managed to talk her round ti staying & we just stayed out all day & night & just went bak there to sleep basically & came home a day early,no fresh towels like it was stated so we asked for a towel & got one towel for the full 5 night stay 😌 bit disappointed tbh

Cozy bed, warm room, got nice sunshine
Pros:

Very cozy bedroom with large living room area,
Also with very kind host and she really cared about my sleeping, living in there
Thanks to her, i really got nice memory in london
