絶対的お得感
Pros:

ホテルの人がフレンドリーでホテルを大切にしていることが伝わりました。
またロケーションがよかったです。
groveに歩いて行けます。
トレジョが徒歩圏内に2つあります。
ホールフーズ、CVS、ラルフ、ロスドレスも全部歩いて行けます。

Cons:

壁は薄いです。
隣の部屋の人のいびきだけでなく寝息も聞こえました

We don't like to complain, but the unfixed problems that we reported impacted a positive rating
Pros:

The staff was very upbeat, friendly, and accommodating. We appreciated their offering of a free breakfast at the great restaurant next door because the repairs that needed attention were not done. The staff was very apologetic when they learned that the repairs had not been done. They said the former guests had not reported them, so they had no idea there were any problems.
The room was cleaned efficiently every day.

Cons:

We reported 3 main problems that needed attention, but the staff was not aware that no one had come to repair the problems: the TV stopped working in the middle of a program we were watching, and the battery in the lighted mirror was never fixed. Lighting in the room was dull, and the furniture was not comfortable.

Spacious, clean room, and very helpful staff.
Pros:

Very clean and more spacious than expected. The shower was exceptional! The hostess was super nice and they went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable, including providing a water kettle. Also honored my request to give us a very quiet room facing away from the main street.

Cons:

Although the bed was not hard, I like my bed super soft, so it could have been a bit more soft for my liking.

A great place to stay in a safe neighbourhood with fantastic staff, fabulous food & a lovely pool area.
Pros:

Walking distance to 7/11 & The Grove is a bonus!
The pool area was great & the restaurant right there was excellent. The staff were so helpful when our mobile phone wouldn’t work. They went above & beyond to assist. Highly recommend staying here.

Cons:

While our room was huge & the shower fantastic, it was very dark in the room unless the lights were on.It would have been nice if bottled water was offered each day.

I would love to stay here again.
Pros:

The pillows and other linens were replaced every day, and the room was cleaned daily. Location-wise, it is in a very nice and safe area, and the staff are incredibly helpful.

Everything was great.

לא היה חסר דבר. הכל פעל מצויין, החדר נוח, מאובזר מצויין, נקי מאד, הצוות ידידותי ונעים. המיקום מעולה, קרוב לכל מה שרצינו להגיע אליו. המסעדה הצמודה טובה ויש בה את הקפה הכי טוב ששתיתי בארה״ב. מאד מומלץ !

Hotel and area were great, room needs some love
Pros:

The staff (Robin especially) were very friendly and accommodating. Good location, coffee shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Parking was tight- but free! There is a cute cafe and bar attached to the hotel. The pool area was nice , although the pool itself could use some attention. An extra mirror outside of the bathroom is also appreciated. The bathroom has been updated recently.The iron was great- wrote down the make and model to order one for home!

Cons:

Admittedly, we booked last minute so perhaps we got a room that needs some attention. The couch was really dingy and the desk chair was broken. Part of the baseboard was missing. The TV was mounted on a wall to the side of the bed, so you had to lay on your side to watch it. The room was clean, the bed was decent, the pillows and blankets were clean and comfy. Asked and received an iron and ironing board from the front desk, but there was no pad on the board so we had to try using a towel over the metal to iron. The other rooms may not be like this. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't ask for a room change. If we were staying longer, we would have said something.
