Very helpful and nice staff members
Pros:

The staff was amazing best part of the hotel
They were so friendly and helpful
Even they help me to shorten my stay when a family matters came up

Towels are too old pillows and beds are not comfortable

The location,the amenities,the staff everything is wonderful in this hotel and the parking is very helpful.

Cons:

I haven't seen anything bad, some people complain about the noise but I have slept without problems all the nights.

Tutto perfetto!!
Pros:

Hotel bellissimo in una posizione ottima. Garage privato gratuito cosa non scontata a LA. Staff gentile, disponile e pronto ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta. Nella mia stanza c’era un mini frigo e macchina del caffè (ogni giorno ricaricavano le cialde). L’hotel si trova a 10 min a piedi dal the Grove e al farmer markets. Sotto la hall sono presenti ristoranti, bar etc.
Niente da dire sul mio soggiorno se non TUTTO PERFETTO! Consiglierò questo hotel a tutti i miei amici/familiari perché è stata un’esperienza veramente ottima e spero di aver modo di tornarci in futuro.

Cons:

Hairdryer non funzionava ma hanno provveduto a fornircene un altro. Consiglio però a chi ha i capelli lunghi di portarne uno da casa perché non era molto potente quello che ci è stato dato. Per il resto nessun aspetto negativo

I had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Lodge! The room was beautiful and the staff was excellent!
Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful room, cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff was very professional and friendly. I will definitely stay again in this hotel next time! Ah, also, the cafe next door to the hotel makes delicious food!

Perfect location with great staff
Pros:

The staff were accommodating and arranged transportation for us. They also suggested nearby popular spots to visit. The location is excellent. Leaking distance to CVS, Whole Foods, The Grove, and Farmer's Market. They do not offer breakfast but there is a Cafe beside the hotel. Perfect!

Cons:

Building is bit old but newly renovated.

SECOND STAY
Pros:

Our second stay at Park Plaza Lodge and this time we were downstairs near the Reception which was very convenient for my 84 year old Mum who was allocated the room right next door as requested. Mum's room had a sliding door to the bathroom and a completely walk-in shower which she appreciated. Comfortable bed, room safe, good storage and a mini fridge. We had two comfortable armchairs which faced the television, Mum's room had a dining table and two chairs plus a couch. The free parking at the rear is also convenient and since our last visit security gates have been installed which is great. Reception staff were very helpful too.

Cons:

Mum's room had nowhere at all to put toiletries so she used the dining table just outside the bathroom. Our bathroom had a small cupboard under the sink which worked fine but we didn't like the partial screen on the shower as the water splashed out no matter how we oriented ourselves (our last room had a full sliding door which was much better) - the reason we marked down just a little. The bathroom door also hit the toilet seat but that wasn't an issue for us.

Le quartier est super, et sécurisé
