A pleasant stay comfortable clean and friendly accomodating staff.
Pros:

Had no breakfast. We did have dinner at the Sri Lanken Restraunt on the premises which was excellent.

Cons:

Couldnt fault anything.

No staff around, had to go next door to garage to speak to someone, the sea view room is more of a fire escape stairs view then after that it's nice

Don’t bother! Awful

The property on arrival is as freezing cold, once we finally got to see a staff member (waited 30 minutes) had to ring someone to come. We were told the boiler was broke so none of the building was heated. Our room was on the top floor even though we asked for a ground floor room as I have disabilities which effect walking and also a bath in the room to which was also ignored. When we got to the room it was as full of damp patches, musky smell and had water coming through the window frame seeping down the wall! Bed was very small and so uncomfortable! Do not recommend at all! It was so bad we had to cut our time away short and went home. After again trying to see staff no one available I rang the number and h just apologised and said we could have spoke to someone! No one available to speak to so how? I have also tried to get some money back and can’t get through to customer services surprisingly to complain. Also the kettle in the room couldn’t be used as they kettle and base didn’t match so was ineffective

Disappointing except for the view
Pros:

Location exceptional - everything else poor.
The owner spoke VERY little English so we were
unable to communicate with him.

Cons:

The bed was too small for 2 adults.
The place was deserted - the staff also ran the garage attached to the hotel. The dining room was cold and uninviting again the language barrier was
a problem.

Good as we only wanted a bedroom to sleep close to our family
Pros:

We did not have breakfast as our family were staying in Newgale so were only at the hotel in the evenings. We did not see any staff except when we arrived. We had to phone them at arrival and someone came to show us to our room. The room although small but compact had everything and bathroom were lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable.

Cons:

No cleaning done, no clean towels offered and no replacement of teas, coffee during our 4 nights stay. We could have asked but never seeing anyone makes it more difficult.

Location was perfect but not a place to stay in the winter. Not good value for money
Pros:

The sea view was beautiful

Cons:

It was very very cold. The central heating didn’t work ! the duvet was thin. I had to sleep fully clothed and use my coat as an extra blanket
