Plenty of toiletries to use and tea and coffee
Gap in black out blind and can hear the cars outside.
Very good place to stay and good value
When we arrived the room was clean and tidy, very spacious.
They supplied tea and coffee making facilties and fresh towels.
Petrol station next door had a selection of groceries.
Disappointing services.
Not very hospitable.
Bins weren't emptied daily, no housekeeping .
Apart from being met and showed to our room didn't see any staff the whole stay.
With a door to the outside was expecting outdoor seating
The nearby beaches were stunning and St David’s was a short drive from the hotel. As it was a main road getting to St David’s would have necessitated walking on the verges as there is no footpath.
The hotel was co-located with a garage and supermarket which was convenient.
The food rating was a 3 so we chose not to eat at hotel.
Despite the hotel being called Ocean Haze and the back of property having a lovely view the outside seating area was located at the front of the hotel, overlooking the road and the Texaco garage rather than the stunning Pembrokeshire view.
Due to the location of the hotel there needs to be somewhere people can relax other than their rooms, inside and out. There was a residents lounge but, on the three occasions we tried to use it, it was locked.
There was a sign telling us how to contact staff but there was a lack of any customer relations.
2 teabags were provided in the drinks caddy in room which we used when we arrived and not replaced in our two day stay nor were cups washed/replaced. There were no glasses provided in the room. There was mould on bedroom ceiling and bathroom needed rusty items replacing, hook on back of bathroom door securing, bathroom tiles cleaning, toilet base cleaning. Shower screen rubber base was dirty and stained. There was no extractor fan in bathroom.
Cream bedding and Daz blue wash towels did not enhance overall hotel experience and stay.

Needs updating, decking needs attention, everything was very tired looking, it was clean, shower over the bath and leaked all over the floor, carpets need a good clean on the stairs, room wasnt cleaned and tea and coffee wasnt restocked

Everything was fine and staff were helpful
The location was okay, just outside St David's. The lady (receptionist?) did offer to show me to my room and took my case upstairs for me.
It is classed as a B&B but I can't tell you about the breakfast as the breakfast room was never open during my stay, and there was no one to ask, so I ate out at another B&B. In fact I didn't see any staff at any time after checking in for my entire stay. Neither was my room cleaned during my stay. The whole place looks very tired and in need of redecorating - not just the obvious patching of paint on the walls/ceilings etc that had been attempted. Bathroom needs to be totally replaced.
Adequate accommodation for 2 night stay. Mini mart in the garage next door good opening hours, to get all you need for drinks, snacks.
On site a nice find with the accommodation having a sri Lankan restaurant/takeaway on site.
10-15 minute walk into St David's itself.
No fridge in room to keep cold drinks in, during warm weather.
