Pros:

"I had a wonderful experience at your hotel. The booking process was smooth, and the services provided were excellent. A special thanks to Mustafa for his exceptional hospitality and assistance. Thank you for making our event special. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only issue was the lighting. The lights were quite dim, which made it difficult to take good quality photos. Improving the lighting would definitely enhance the experience.
