Pulito e accogliente. Posizione centrale a Bergamo bassa, ma vicina a Bergamo alta. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.

Nice room, great breakfast, friendly staff!
Pros:

Very friendly receptionist! We arrived one hour before check-in time just to drop off our luggage, but as our room was already prepared, we were able to check in early. Also, when we had to leave, the receptionist was very helpful, providing us with information on how to find the bus stop from which we could take the bus to the airport, as we couldn't find a taxi.
We also loved the breakfast! My mom, who has a sweet tooth, loved the variety of desserts. 🍰
The room was also nice and had almost everything we needed. Perfect location. 👌

Cons:

We loved everything, but there could be slight improvements in the kitchen. We didn't use it much as we stayed only one night, but for a longer stay it would be nice if there were some essentials for washing dishes and for cooking, such as salt, pepper, and oil.

De locatie, in het centrum. Grote kamers, geen uitzicht, maar je slaapt er alleen; toch? Hele gezelige ontbijtruimte en keurig ontbijt voor italiaanse begrippen! Koffers uit de auto zetten en meteen doorrijden. Parkeren voor de deur is verboden. Hotel ligt gerstopt achter poort.

Depende de la habitación te merecerá la pena o no
Pros:

No me parece un hotel 3* sino un albergue/hostel reformado para ser hotel. El personal es atento y el desayuno correcto sin más. Las habitaciones son grandes y reformadas.

Cons:

Difícil de encontrar, está dentro de un edificio, con una pequeña placa en la puerta, llamas y te abren, es medii laberinto llegar a la recepción y después llegar a las habitaciones de la 1 planta, si estás en la planta baja te parece q es un hotel coqueto y funcional, por qué no ves más allá. Teníamos 2 hab reservadas, una en la planta baja y otra nos la dieron en el 1 planta. La primera planta tiene hab con baño también pero zona común como un hostel, la ducha no tragaba casi agua, no había ni jabón de manos, la nevera estaba apagada, sin embargo en la planta baja estaba todo perfecto. La escalera para subir estaba muy descuidada. Recepción solo de 8 a 22h.

Cozy loft for 3 people
Pros:

Large, clean triple room, very comfy. There is a small kitchen with equipments. Upstairs there is a couch, desk, tea table area. Helpful staff. There was a street bazaar on monday near the hotel. Carrefour express market is so close.

Cons:

Breakfast is a bit weak. No soap left in wc. No view from the windows.

Pros:

Although we stayed for only one night, we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is small but charming and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. One gentleman from the reception team stood out in particular, he was exceptionally kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the kitchenette appeared to be well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Good to know:The breakfast room is quite small, which adds to the hotel's cozy character. Everyone who came for breakfast was able to find a place to sit, but moving between the tables could be a little challenging during busier periods.
Overall:A cozy and welcoming hotel with outstanding service. We would gladly stay here again.

An oasis of cool and calm.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. Spacious accommodation overlooking a pretty courtyard. A veritable home from home.

Cons:

Very squashed in the breakfast area and puzzled why they didn't make use of the courtyard for morning dining.
