A true gem in Bergamo!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in a peaceful area of beautiful Bergamo. The staff were wonderful, attentive, and highly service-minded. The breakfast was excellent and offered everything we could wish for: great coffee, croissants, fresh fruit, juice, cold cuts, homemade bread, and more. The room was lovely, with comfortable beds.

Cons:

We honestly can't think of anything. We were extremely satisfied with our stay!

Czarująca okolica
Pros:

Miła obsługa na recepcji, lokalizacja oraz architektura hotelu (stara klimatyczna kamienica).

Cons:

Strome schody do pokoi.
Mały pokój dla trzech osób.
Śniadania: mały wybór potraw, ciasta przestrzeń śniadaniowa, rozłożenie posiłków po różnych kontach, nie wszystko było widoczne i wygodne do znalezienia

Very nice apartment, private and quiet. Nice and clean bathroom. Even a mini kitchen in the closet, so that's a bonus! Clean sheets and comfortable bed. Nice breakfast!

Bardzo mili pracownicy, a w szczególności Pan , który bardzo wyraźnie i dokładnie przekazał wszystkie niezbędne informacje.
Przy najbliższe okazji na pewno wrócimy !;-)

Cons:

Delikatny minus za śniadania. Pierwszego dnia pieczywo było tak twarde, że nie dalo rady ugryźć, i bardzo mało warzyw.

Pros:

Szép környék, könnyen elérhető a sétálóutca, a belváros és a tömegközlekedés. Finom pizzázót találtunk a szomszédban, ami vacsorára tökéletes volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves, Arianának külön köszönet a taxi tipp miatt :)

Cons:

A reggelizőhely volt picit zsúfolt, de ez sem okozott gondot, a tölthető croissant feledtette ezt is :)

Добро хостелче за кратко
Pros:

Добро място за настаняване за краткосрочен престой. Стаята е добра и всичко е ново и добре подържано. Персонала беше любезен и ни приеха багажа при по-ранно пристигане. Момичето на рецепцията беше много усмихнато и подготвено езиково и ни съдейства за всичко, катко и да заявим таксита за другия ден до летището. Специални благодарности към нея.

Стаите бяха малки. Прозорците бяха високо в стаята и беше затруднено проветряването.

Pros:

Located in the lower town where there were plenty cafes and bars. About a 15 minute walk to the Citta Alta funicular. Not far from the bus and train station. Rooms were big, warm and comfy. Bathroom was huge (room 5) and a good shower. Small minibar which we used as a fridge to keep drinks cool. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with a good coffee machine. A good choice of food, although there was no hot options, served from 7.30 till 10. A lack of plates to have different food, only one plate at your table per person. I personally think plates should be stacked next to the buffet and not one plate at your seat, hubby had to ask for a tablespoon to eat cereal as only teaspoons provided. Some foods not replenished once they were finished.
