Everything except the bed.
The bed. Very soft mattress.
Location is good, clean room with comfortable bed and bathroom belongings.
No place for towels, no shelves for your clothes.
Please note if you have early check out before breakfast and you paid for it, you will need to ask for some breakfast box, nobody will offer it to you.
Its a case of style over substance. The decor is lovely but obviously the designer didnt put in practical life like hooks to dry towels or privacy in bathroom with everything open. Room is small but clean.
Rooms so small. I booked twin and was suppose to be upgraded a d would hate to see how small that was. A cot bed was provided that was highly uncomfortable
No where to hang towels. Open concept in bathroom is just wasted space. Issues with room keys and charges to room.
Breakfast was style over substance and very expensive. Staff look sullen all the time. . Menus were small font tgat you need magnifier to read. They charge service charge for breakfast even when included in room.
We had dinner which was 54 pounds for shish and chips and 2 drinks. Not worth it.
For accor was HIGHLY disappointed with this.
And reception staff kept taking selfie of themselves which I found off putting.
Location is great. But I would ask manager to stay in rooms and see what's wrong. Bathrooms flood no where to hang clothes as have coffee machine in with clothes rod. Just makes no sense.

Świetny, nowoczesny hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji tuż przy katedrze św. Pawła. Bardzo dobry dostęp do komunikacji. Pokoje były stylowe i czyste, a łóżka wygodne. Ładowanie USB przy łóżku to kolejny plus. Szafa była dość duża by wrzucić do niej bagaż. Obsługa była wyjątkowo miła. W pokoju zostawiono powitanie z symbolicznym poczęstunkiem. Co było wyjątkowo miłą niespodzianką. W tym również filiżankę kawy i wodę. Dużym plusem jest też hotelowa restauracja. My wprawdzie nie mieliśmy wykupionych śniadań, ale miło było wypić przed wyjściem pyszną kawę. Pokój nie był może zbyt duży ale nie był klitką. Warto pamiętać, że standardowe pokoje w Londynie są raczej niewielkie. Łazienka była przestronna i nowoczesna. Faktycznie nie ma możliwości otwarcia okien, ale nam to jakoś specjalnie nie przeszkadzało, w pokoju była klimatyzacja. Moim zdaniem bardzo fajna miejscówka na weekendowy pobyt – zdecydowanie polecam!
Faktycznie woda, która wypływa spod prysznica może przelewać się na przejście do pokoju. Minusem jest również pobieranie depozytu…50£ za każdą noc, a nie cały pobyt …trochę zaskoczyło to niektórych z nas.
