Cons:

The worst experience I ever had in my entire life. They dint allow me to check in before paying the balance amount though i have paid the half of the bill well before. The staff one who was there was very rude and dint even care about the customer service. I went there in the night 9pm with my little brother and they asked me to leave and said there is no room. Though, we mentioned that we have pre booking that staff was rude, after contacting the booking platform OYO which is the next worst customer service provider, then the hotel management said there is room but can’t let myself in coz I dint pay the full amount. Even though I mentioned that I will pay the next day since am there for two nights and 3 day. I felt very unsafe hence I left the place by losing my amount too. Worst and the worst hotel management and OYO the worst
