Pros:

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, Zimmer sehr sauber und groß. Die Gegebenheiten vor Ort sprich Essen gehen, etwas trinken oder tanzen waren super. Das Frühstück war super.

Das Zimmer, der Service und das Frühstück mega gut.

Cons:

Da wir am Sonnabend übernachtet haben und am Samstag scheinbar immer Clubparty ist, würde ich es vermeiden dort zu übernachten, denn das Fenster muss geschlossen sein, da rund um das ganze Umfeld sehr, sehr laut Musik abgespielt wird. Für die Anwohner und Gäste eine Herausforderung. Aber Klimaanlage und gute Fensterverglasung sind auch hilfreich gewesen.

The location is good even though it was in industrial area the room was very big and comfortable specially with kids some of the staff were nice rahel was very good and welcoming

They could have done a better job cleaning the room. The sheets were not changed during our six-night stay unless I specifically asked for them to be changed.

Unfortunately, one of the breakfast staff members was very rude to me and my little daughter, which made her feel very uncomfortable. Considering that breakfast was included in the price of our stay, I was disappointed by this experience. My daughter only pointed at the food she wanted without touching it, so I did not understand the reason for the staff member’s reaction.

The laundry facilities were also disappointing. There was only one washing machine, located downstairs in a rather uncomfortable and unwelcoming area. The machine and the room where it was located did not appear to be cleaned regularly.

Overall, I expected a better level of cleanliness and hospitality, especially considering the price we paid for our stay.

Pros:

Camera molto grande ampia e spaziosa molto pulita moderna e nuova. Camera insonorizzata con letto matrimoniale molto grande, materasso molto comodo posizionata in luogo silenzioso e con parcheggio di fronte al loft completamente gratuito. Anche se si trova fuori Friburgo in un'area industriale ci sono in zona ristoranti e centri commerciali dove è possibile fare acquisti. Comodissimo per raggiungere il centro di Friburgo che si trova a circa 10 minuti di auto.

Cons:

Mancanza di alcuni servizi per un 4 stelle ovvero assenza di cuffia per la doccia, assenza di shampoo e conditioner specifici per i capelli, assenza di ciabattine in camera, assenza di bollitore e fornitura di caffè e tisane. Mancanza di canali televisivi internazionali. Benché stanza non fumatori, nella stanza c'era l'odore di fumo e andava sanificata l'aria con deodorante per l'ambiente. Come servizio di benvenuto solo una piccola bottiglia d'acqua che non era sufficiente per due persone. Ho ritenuto il prezzo un po' alto in considerazione della mancanza di alcuni servizi anche se ho apprezzato la location completamente nuova e molto pulita.

Ein sehr liebenswürdiger Empfang, Schönes Zimmer im 6. Stock. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, mit großer Auswahl und alles sehr frisch zubereitet. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir würden jedenfalls gerne wiederkommen.
