Disappointing stay with poor maintenance, lack of basic amenities, and safety concerns, not worth the price.

The location is convenient for passing through

Cons:

No basic amenities such as soap for the shower or sink. In the bathroom there was a broken glass left on the windowsill with a razor inside, which is clearly unsafe. The room was poorly maintained: the floor was damaged and worn, and overall conditions felt neglected. There was also noise late at night from other guests, making it difficult to rest. Considering the price and the location near a main road, the quality is far below expectations. I would not stay here again.

Pros:

My stay at Wao Jungle was very pleasant and easy. The staff member who greeted me was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The kitchenette in the cabins were very helpful to have. The AC and wifi works great. The location is very walking-friendly.

Cons:

the pillows were very uncomfortable and there was a weird smell on the property always

La habitación muy comoda , todo lo necesario para cocinar , cama comoda , espacio para trabajar en la habitación y afuera , muy tranquilo , oímos a los monos aulladores en la mañana ! Fue increíble!

Super place to stay and good price.
Pros:

Everything was well equipped with mini kitchen and fridge. Novelty of staying in container. Staff very helpful. Slightly out of town which was good.

צוות לא שירותי, ביקשנו נייד טואלט פעמיים אחרי שנגמר ולא הביאו לנו, ביקשנו מגבת חדשה לקח כמעט שעה עד שהביא, לא היה שירות חדרים … קצת מוזר.
